A lawyer I am not, but I do not require the skill of a legal sage to determine that the recent Obamacare decision has rocked the Tree of Liberty in this once great, united, United States of America. The so called “Supreme Court” has delivered a devious blow, and I can feel the treacherous poison of that dastardly deed drill deep in her anchoring roots.
I have long since lost patience with all aspects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. In fact, I’m angry, and I don’t like that. I’m even angrier because I know that I should not have to be angry. The “Act” was unconstitutional when it was rammed down our throats without our approval. It was unconstitutional when it was sent to the Supreme Court for consideration, and it’s still unconstitutional today, no matter what they say. Even I know that.
Obamacare was put into effect with blunt force trauma, like a doctor performing intricate brain surgery with a long handled shovel. The proceedure cracked the skull and killed the patient with the first big swing, as surely as a surgically placed bullet from the gun of a skilled assassin. In this case the assassin wore a black rope, and his gun was a black ink pen held behind a tall bench in the highest court of the land.
We may never know the true motivations of the man who ultimately decided the fate of Obamacare. That may be between him and whatever god and judgements he may suffer. We do know that it is a complete and utter sham, and not even a good one at that. It is a gift from the dark side, delivered in full sunlight by a new world order as old as time itself, with a mission to create chaos out of the natural order of all good things.
Countries, like men, are the products of countless decisions which impact the makeup of the collective body, and soul. The soul can grow angry, which can make the body very sick. It does not wish to muck about the putrid innards of an angry and rageful man. Nor does it wish to live within the confines of a country so tragically damaged, and fatally diseased.
My level of anger is indescribable. A bucket of cold water in the face of it would not blunt it. It burns as hot as the primordial ember of the first man, who left the trees in search of god and human destiny. That first spark has not gone out. Forever on It waits, to burn out the eternal sickness for once, and for all. It was created just for that. It is part of my soul, and of your’s, and it will burn even brighter long after the body is gone.
For now, I am a man without a country, because my country is gone. Obamacare and the Supreme Court have seen to that. Though I stand in the same geographical location the earth beneath my feet has shifted. No doubt I would have already disappeared into some great sinkhole, were it not held together by the blood and spirit of so many patriots who once stood beneath the sacred tree.
Yet, of some things I am certain. I will not move from this rooted earth. I shall not cower or run before the approaching storm of tryanny. I will not be buried alive by a drugged up horde of glassy eyed bureaucrats and sadistic tax collectors. They wish to gather up their due, and I shall have mine. My resistance is eternal, and I feel the strength of ten thousand men within me. We have done this all before, and I pledge my allegience to the country we once had. The common evil of control freaks and slavemasters everywhere will be defeated, for the last time.
It is said that the fundamental relationship between the federal government and the people has now changed. Well, I agree, and I will now act in a manner that reflects our new relationship. Every decision I make will consider those ramifications. It will determine what and how I buy, who I talk to, and what I say. It will color all of my days, and contribute to the entirety of my life and future plans. Welcome to the new day.
Fair warning! You may not enjoy the end results of our new found relationship.
Above all, I will not comply. I will not purchase your shiny tokens that contribute to my own demise. Obamacare may be the law of the land, but it’s mandate will not become part of my individual landscape. I refuse to let it’s pox visit my house. The responsibility and condition of my health, and my health care, belong to me, and to the people who truly care. It does not belong to the flashy carnival barkers or your rabid and slobbering junkyard dogs.
Things are different now, as you may soon see. In the end you may wish you had not chosen to prod and poke away at the well being of the american people, nor awaken them to the sad fact that they have allowed their rights and liberties to fade away in the toxic mists of an ill begotten wind.

As I see it….this whole health care debate will place
the responsibility for personal health where it belongs, with the individual. Somewhere along
the line many of us decided to give up our power
to be in charge of our personal well BEing up to others while we indulged in lifestyles that were counterproductive.
The fear that says we can no longer exercise our own path to health is what empowers this debate. Being in charge of our own health has consequences, like meeting our end in the manner in which our choices dictate, surely the lessons learned at that point of separation will serve us well the next time we choose to engage the physical realities of 3D life.
After all…the pain and suffering we encountered to learn those lessons IS why we came here, (to learn to make/be responsible for our choices)….to then
negate a life’s work by turning over the finale to the
medical/pharma industry seems counter productive.
Will I am
Hi Will, though I agree with you in essence the issue still revolves around our ability as Americans to reclaim control of our Government from fascism. People often fail to realize that fascism is the control of a government by corporations. The sell-out to corporations (increasingly INTERNATIONAL in scope) by the craven Congress, the self-satisfied Executive Branch and the degenerate Supreme Court is at the heart of this loss of control by the people.
It is my fervent prayer that this in-your-face dismissal of the Bill of Rights and Constitution by a sitting Chief Justice is the trigger required to wake Americans up sufficiently to entertain a PEACEFUL reclamation of sovereignty and individual rights.
Thanks for commenting. Blessings ~G
Exactly! And these issues you site have the exact same source for their being as the issue I had described, in this case our power was willingly give over to Gov/industries to take control of a portion of or lives. It (whatever it may be) is the way IT is because
WE let IT be that way. All issues confronting us at this time have their source at US willingly giving up our personal power. We are being supported on many levels in realizing this, and now its up to us to take the personal action of reclaiming what we have given up. Will I am
Agreed! Blessings ~G
I endeavor not to feel anger because it hurts my body and my soul, but I am fighting the same visceral anger as McCarty over ObamaCare. This law will break the back of America, which I have always felt was its intention. It isn’t about healthcare, it’s about control, intimidation and tyranny. I will not purchase health coverage I do not want and I will not pay the Penalty Called a Tax.
I actually don’t feel anger. I sense awareness these absurdities unmask the formerly hidden agenda. It affirms the greatness of the Bill of Rights that these demonic enslavers are forced to such despicable lengths in their efforts to destroy this nation.
Its apparent that Roberts is a media whore who has long since sold his soul to establish that he is the present day Chief Justice Warren. This whole act is unconstitutional, however the left and activist judges seem to find a way to change words so that they mean what they want them to mean. In this they become the darlings of the left, and are adored by the media. To hell with what the founding fathers wrote, one man has mandated that we are going to be forced to endure up to and including death panel simply because he wants to be remembered. I have no illusions that Romney will talk a good talk, but when the time comes he will punk out, and we will be faced with this horror. As of this decision it is apparent that we have a country with a ruling class of politicians, and minions who want to control all aspect of life. Wait and see, it this ugly health care bill stays, then in the not to distant future just as in Orwell’s 1984 they will monitor every move to ensure that compliance is complete to their will. That said, King Leonitus said molon labe to Xeres. So to you in the devils cauldron Molon Labe, for your time is almost up..
Thanks, Michael. It is a sad commentary that our country has been reduced to this travesty masquerading as the highest court in the land. The good news is it is this type of excess that will unite the people previously separated by labels like “right” “left” “progressive” “democrat” “republican.”
Despite (or because of) his worst effort Roberts may end up being remembered as the trigger that restored freedom to America. Blessings, ~G
A thoughtful and informed reading of Roberts’ opinion will show that his “legal logic” has obvious and glaring flaws that should be seen as an apology. He chose to make a point of the illogic. What’s he saying? Isn’t it obvious?
That, the elephant in the room with Roberts and the rest of the Court, that is the matter of real significance.
Hi Mr. Lee! If there were an elephant in the room it morphed into a donkey in less time than it takes me to type this. This is the most labored, nonsensical STUPID decision emerging from this court in decades. And that’s the sad truth. Blessings, ~G
