Yesterday through Sunday Venus is triggering the Grand Irrationality. It is biseptile Neptune and triseptile Pluto, showing we’re all at a fork in the road wherever we have Taurus, Gemini, Libra, Capricorn, and Pisces in our charts. It also gives us “Venusian hints” about late July through late August, a time that will bring us karmic comebacks, closures, and openings related to last Summer’s Solar Eclipse in Gemini.
I’ll be posting an update on the Grand Irrationality in the near future, since some new fans of the site may not be familiar with this pandemic global phenomenon in play for the past 17 years. Expect this time to bring important shifts, choices, and changes that will alter the course of destiny wherever Venus, Neptune, and Pluto are in your chart. The configuration is anchored by Neptune in Pisces septile Pluto in Capricorn, and is set into motion every time a planet makes a septile, biseptile, or triseptile to either of these outermost transpersonal planets.
Right now the hot zones are approximately 7-11 Capricorn, 29 Aquarius-3 Pisces, 20-24 Aries, 12-16 Gemini, 3-7 Leo, 25-29 Virgo, and 16-20 Scorpio. If you have a planet or sensitive point in any of these zones, you’re going through some important decisions and changes that will affect your future in powerful ways.
Venus originally triggered the Gemini zone, bringing echoes of last year’s Gemini Solar Eclipse, back in the third and fourth weeks of April. These were put into focus when Mercury moved through this zone in late May, and vitalized by the Sun’s return to its Gemini Eclipse point in late May and early June. These were all points when the endings of last Summer could be seen in a new light and perspective.
Venus retrograde went over this zone again in mid-June, giving us another “backward look” helping us understand that some things that have ended the past year were liberating us from old ghosts of the past in terms of values, resources, relationships, likes, and dislikes. This is now the final pass of Venus over this zone for this year, which should help us gather value from what’s been lost and what’s been gained since June 2011.
As noted, this will have major implications for when Jupiter moves across this zone in late July through August, and retrogrades back across this zone in November. Generally, this will bring blessings, truths, openings, and alternative futures that can fill the voids left in our Gemini affairs since last Summer. So by what we’ve released, what we’ve now seen in a new light, or found a new value or appreciation for, will be the source of new openings, new adventures, and new truths not that far down the road.
More on the Grand Irrationality and Mercury retrograde coming soon! And of course, please go to the May-June 2011 archives if you want to know more about the 2011 Gemini Solar Eclipse and its short and long term effects, which are still very powerful for us all. I wrote quite a few articles explaining what would happen as a result of that very powerful Solar Eclipse. For now,
