Icke writes ~ A friend forwarded me an email this week and asked what I thought of the contents. I shook my head as I scanned the page because I had seen it all before many times.
It was summarising, and providing links to, the claims of a ‘whistleblower’ who calls himself ‘Drake’, which is a form of duck. There was also a game in Olde England called ‘ducks and drakes’ dating from the 16th century in which flat stones were thrown across the water in a way that made them bounce before sinking. It is known today as ‘skimming’. Or is it ‘scamming’?
The term ‘playing ducks and drakes’ became a metaphor to describe behaviour that was irresponsible, reckless, and involved ‘squandering wealth or throwing away something of value’. There are other common phrases inspired by ducks, including sitting duck and lame duck. I also see that the word ‘duck’ derives from the Old English dūce , or ‘diver’, a derivative of the verb dūcan, which means ‘to duck, bend down low as if to get under something, or dive.’
Put the two together and you get the phrase to ‘duck and dive’. It all seems rather appropriate to me when I read the claims and assertions of ‘Drake’ and his predominant promoter, David Wilcock, along with those of Benjamin Fulford. Wilcock and Fulford operate in the field of conspiracy research with Wilcock in America and Fulford in Japan.
I am not suggesting that either of them, or even the anonymous Drake, know that what they are promoting is all a scam, but a scam it is from where I am looking. They may know, but I am not saying that they do because I have no idea. My feeling, however, is that, amazingly, at least Wilcock and Fulford don’t know. If ‘Drake’ doesn’t know that what he and the other two say is nonsensical then he is not in control of his own mind so ridiculous are his statements – and theirs …
Ann writes ~ Unless you are new to the David Wilcock saga, you might want to just fast forward to the final few paragraphs of his new message. As with the last post, he spends a lot of time recapping his entire history yet again. Perhaps his life is so startling and radical and volatile that he needs continuous publicized recaps to re-integrate himself over and over again. If so, I can certainly understand!
Note that he doesn’t speak of the War or Peace choice that Drake and Cobra are focusing on — a type of discourse that, more and more, I agree with Kauilapele, functions heuristically as a dramatic way to clarify individual and collective intention.
Wilcock has always paid particular attention to his dreams, within which he discerns prophecy. Here are the final few paragraphs, including dreams that he and others have been gifted with recently.
Clif High, along with his associate George Ure, developed the Web Bot, or the Web Bot Project in the late 1990s. It’s an Internet bot software program or a web spider that originally was designed to predict stock market trends. Eventually it developed into something different. Now it’s claimed to be able to predict future events by tracking keywords on the web.
In the first hour of the program Clif gives his take on a story of coming “mass arrests” being told about by author and speaker David Wilcock and whistleblower and alleged insider “Drake.” They say that top military brass in the Pentagon have secret plans to arrest people in high places. This means corrupt politicians, bankers and those who have subjected people to financial tyranny.
Connected to this story is also Benjamin Fulford, a former writer with Forbes magazine. From Japan, he’s been reporting and writing about the Yakuza and the “White Dragon Society” and their supposed opposition to the western royal families and the Illuminati. Tied into this is also material about how the severity of the Fukushima nuclear disaster is being downplayed. Listen to this program to hear Clif High’s opinion on these things and much more.

Conspiracy theorists and people following David Wilcock’s ongoing and latest updates about the end of Financial Tyranny will recognize Devil imagery in disclosures about the Illuminati and “the occult economy.” Overt Satanic rituals, mind programming in the media, near non-stop lies by government and a meticulous 300-year plan to enslave humanity! 300 years? Well, that depends on your source. Documentation remains for at least 300 years; however, some sources would bump that up to 2,000 years, 13,000 years or even “from the beginning.” Same soul group recycling the same diabolical plots of world domination and mass extinction. Can it really be that bad?
Yes and no. You can certainly find evidence for some real sick puppies on this planet. You can find evidence of fraud in banking and nearly unspeakable acts of government. These details will continue to leak into the press, especially as more and more people turn to alternative news online. Lamestream media has lost an astonishing level of credibility and viewership in recent months. CNN alone lost 50% of its viewers in March 2012! Our voting machines and election results may be obviously rigged, but we can still vote with our attention and (what’s left of) our money. Just as the chains on the Devil Card remain loose enough to slip off, nobody external chains us to manufactured news and default reality.
Police state? Why bother? Humanity has already shackled itself to a Shadow side that it claims to want destroyed. We reject our own power, secrets, sadomasochism, obsession with taboos, and then wonder how these “monsters” get so big! With Pluto in Capricorn — the Devil often masquerades as a goat 
–anything dark and hidden will be revealed. In addition to ruling wealth, Pluto reigns in Hades as “Lord of the Underworld,” another strong Devil-association. Capricorn has a natural ruler of Saturn, another planet with strong ties to “Satan,” co-opted religions, and the “Satanic Cabal.” Occult simply means “hidden,” but that word alone conjures fear and trepidation among many. Dabbling in the occult means playing in the “Dark,” and the watered down and overly sanitized version of our victim selves judges our own and others’ darkness.
Kauilapele writes ~ Just finished listening to the Drake portions of this show, which ran about 2 hours. There is a lot of excellent (and likely helpful, when all of this goes down) information here. Drake gives an update at the beginning on what is and has been happening, followed by questions and answers.
Personally, one thing that I found very enlightening was the difference in mind sets of the people calling in. Various backgrounds of folks called in, and I feel it will be helpful to some, as we go along, to understand that we are going through this as a collection of humans, as one planet.

As most Americans are scrambling to finish their tax returns, something’s buzzing at the Federal Reserve, and for once, it’s in the We the People’s favor. David Wilcock, author of “The Trillion Dollar Lawsuit that Could End Financial Tyranny,” just released news that liens have been filed against all 12 Federal Reserve Banks. Twice now I have reported on the rash of resignations amongst top figures at financial institutions across the globe for Wake Up World (see here and here).
The number is growing by the day and I still can’t seem to find any solid reason behind why this is going on, as all of the resignations are allegedly unrelated, which is hard to believe when we see such huge numbers in such a small time span.
While I have no problem speculating and putting forth potential answers to these kinds of mysterious questions (while being sure to note that it is nothing more than speculation), I have yet to come up with anything I feel is logically and factually consistent.
I have had many readers, indeed hundreds, email me telling me it is related to the supposed “end of financial tyranny” being written about by David Wilcock, Benjamin Fulford, and others.
Unfortunately, there are just not enough facts to back up their assertions as of yet. There are many claims of high-profile arrests but no corroborating evidence ever presented.
There is indeed a massive lawsuit with some astounding allegations, but all of those are yet to move beyond anything but an allegation.
I’m a bit of an optimist, so I would love to believe that all of this is true, but the skeptic in me is screaming, “Where’s the evidence?” I have yet to be able to provide that evidence, nor has anyone else that I have been able to find.

I beg of you, do not send me a link to the Divine Cosmos series as I have read it and it is all completely and totally unproven (I had to say it because that is mostly what people are sending me even though there is zero proof provided).

I have withheld comment these past days concerning the back and forth re the accuracy of James’ statement on CMN. I personally found it to be very credible — more so, in fact, than much of the related information shared by D Wilcock and Ben Fulford.
My reason for this is I find the extant system – all aspects of it – to be too corrupt for any real change to occur from within. Lawsuits are unlikely to make headway except they find their way to the one or two members of the judiciary who are not bought off. And even when they find their way to those gems of integrity, lower court rulings in favor of the plaintiff are often overturned at higher judiciary levels when the US Government is the defendant.
What is required is something from outside this corrupt game. And that is what James’ group offers. Others seem to share my view on this.
