Djwhal Khul ~ Full Moon In Leo

Terri Newlon | January 24 2013

Djwhal Khul here. Tashi Delek.

Alright. This week I want to talk about the powerful Full Moon in the sign of Leo. The Sun is in Aquarius, the Moon is Full in the opposite sign of the zodiac or Leo in this case. I’m seeing it as a very favorable Moon for most people; a good time to ponder a redirection in life or if you’re already moving in a certain way, you can gain more momentum now.

It can also be a time I think when you can start something new and have a lot of follow through time with it. So… well that is of course if your plate isn’t too full already.

This time period is really kind of calling for simplification, so if you have for example something urgent that you need to tend to I would say put everything else on hold and focus on that one thing with minimal or no distractions, if at all possible.

Henry Seltzer ~ The Hopeful Sagittarius New Moon

Astrograph | December 12 2012

Thursday’s New Moon is an exciting one, taking place in the third decant of Sagittarius, which is Leo-ruled, and therefore, because the Sun rules Leo, with a closer than usual connection to the Sun itself. The Sun represents the evolving personality over time, the ego function that, when transformed, becomes the vehicle for moving beyond ego. In this New Moon, the Sun parallels Mars, while the Moon is in close contra-parallel to Jupiter. You might regard the energy of this New Moon as providing a new opportunity to take a real stand for yourself; to embody what you truly believe, on the inside, and are willing to fight for.

This New Moon is also interesting because Mercury is finally out of its retrograde shadow, returning to the zodiacal longitude that it occupied when it stationed to retrograde motion in the first week of November. As it gains ground in early Sagittarius with the timing of this New MoonMercury squares Chiron and makes a trine aspect with Uranus. This is a powerful combination of energies, bespeaking sudden enlightenment regarding where and in what way you may be internally wounded, likely stemming from trauma that you have come through in early childhood. With the new-found understanding of yourself that this New Moon brings, you might be ready to take the next slight and ethereal step forward along the path of your own personal evolution – the path that actually forms the basis for the most important factor of your life. This movement toward who you really are is perhaps subtle, but vital for your continued well-being.

Oracle Report | Crescent Moon Phase – Moon in Libra

Today is the day of the brave heart. All of the aspects in place today make it an ideal day for communicating and sharing ideas, thoughts, and feelings. Is there a message you want to send or something you want others to understand? What do you want to share or open? Along with this, however, today carries a feeling of exposure or vulnerability, particularly if we think we have been too trusting with something/someone.

We are wearing our hearts on our sleeves and we can’t hide it. The Sun has two more days in Leo, the sign that rules the heart. What do you need to be brave about? The energy is supporting us in this.

Jamye Price ~ The Energies Of August

August 2012 Newsletter | August 2 2012

July Review ~OMG! Jul-WHY ME?! ;o) July was rather intense. We are being pushed to release any remaining baggage that we tucked in our pockets. The astrology was intense and emotions were running on overdrive. In the July Light Language video, my Guides specifically said, ‘keep your words soft.’ Now I understand that fully. We’re not out of the woods with that completely as August will have its forceful movement, though it will mainly feel easier than July. But the clearing is worth it and doesn’t have to be traumatic or disturbing if you keep your words soft, especially toward yourself as you feel the restriction of the cocoon that has actually been keeping you safe through transformation. Ascension symptoms were high in July with dizziness, word loss, lack of focus, bouts of fatigue, 31 flavors of emotional outbursts, sinus/lung issues and joint pain. July brought many to the brink of change, then pushed them over the edge! We were being brought into alignment with becoming a global and galactic family. As with all family, there are those that it is well to associate with, and those that are better loved from afar. When you have empowered boundaries, you know when to allow someone into your life, when to hold them at a loving distance and when to disassociate from interaction, even if just temporarily. August will test your empowered boundaries more and there will be a more global feel to it.

August Energies

In this powerful month of Leo sun we are asked to shine our Light with great focus to build the world of form. What are you building? Are you focusing on what is falling down, what is wrong or what is not here yet? As Lightworkers, we walk a fine line of balance as we dip into areas of lack or darkness and shine our Light. There is nothing wrong with observing, but you know you are Lighting with Love when you feel compassionate detachment in a situation that is calling for your Light. Empowerment is key, as enabling can be easy to do when you just focus on a peaceful outcome. Are you walking that fine line with the grace that allows another to find their power within rather than depending on you for certain behavior or energy that you allow them to ciphon from you? When we build form from the Power of Love, we utilize a connective force that creates strong community that expands and expands. Ultimately encompassing a global community, then a galactic community. We are building the Golden Age that heralds our return to our origins of Source Love, the Universal Creative Flow of Life. As you focus with a generous, creative beam of Leo Light, you are using the pride of the lion to create True Family.

Dorene Carrel ~ Astrology Report for August 2012

Astro Connections Blog | July 31 2012

August is highlighted by a Blue Moon, along with Mercury turning direct and later entering its own sign of Virgo. August begins and ends with two full moons, which are important points of reassessment that indicate how far we have come and where we still need to go. Creative and emotional energies are very strong this month. We are still under the July New Moon in Cancer, which brings issues connected with security, home and family.

The first Full Moon occurs on August 1 at 10 Aquarius. This lunation is aligned with Mercury in Leo, which provides more focus on analysis and communication. The Leo/Aquarius polarity emphasizes the functions of creativity, courage, independence and progressive change. It also involves balancing the needs of the self with the good of the whole community. The favorable aspects to Uranus, Jupiter, Ceres and Mars give us more strength to integrate personal changes, follow inner guidance and move forward at the right time. The Sabian symbol keynotes for this degree: “The need to rely upon inner inspiration and guidance at the start of new developments” and “The power of tradition as it shelters the beginnings of individual self-expression” indicate that we can now gain more trust in our intuition and spiritual support.

On August 7 Mercury turns direct at 1 Leo 36. We still have a few weeks left (before Mercury changes signs) to focus on taking a more heart-centered approach in our communications. With the direct station, we can confidently move forward with plans and goals. Venus moving into Cancer this same day provides more sensitivity and nurturing for ourselves and others.

Robert Wilkinson ~ Astrology In Late July 2012 – A Finger Of God, Or Yod, Is Upon Us

Aquarius Papers | July 2012 | Thanks, Minty

A Yod, or “Finger of God,” is created when two planets make a sextile (60 degree aspect) to each other, with a third planet at the inverse midpoint, making quincunxes to the two in sextile. We have such a thing going on now through tomorrow.

Briefly, a quincunx(150 degree angle) is associated with hard adjustments involving either practicalities or the necessity that something be eliminated to allow necessary changes. Quincunxes are also associated with health, so Yods can bring health into focus, either requiring adjustments or elimination of something. I have seen the quincunx operate as “a square plus a sextile” (90 degrees plus 60 degrees) creating productive conflict, or dynamic building with constant adjustments between the two planets in quincunx.

Today and tomorrow, Mercury is in Leo sextile Jupiter. Jupiter has already quincunxed Pluto, but Mercury is making its quincunx over the next day or so. That makes for productivity between Mercury and Jupiter, with the nozzle of multiple “expansion through sacrifice” adjustments focused through Pluto.

Oracle Report ~ Saturday July 21 – Sunday July 22 2012

Oracle Report | Saturday: New Moon Phase – Moon in Leo/Virgo / Sunday: Crescent Moon Phase – Moon in Virgo

As the Sun leaves Cancer on Saturday, nostalgia sets in and we tend to view the past as rosier or better than it was. Life has shifted with the Turning Point this week and there is no going back. But the thing we must remember is that life could be even better than the way we experienced things in the past.

If you are stuck on something and don’t want to let go, think about what you are blocking from settling into the space we created for the energy to land. We psych ourselves into thinking things will be harder just because they are different. It’s time to turn toward the Sun – toward the Light – because the Sun enters its home sign of Leo on Sunday. The Sun will enter Leo with a bang – a big wake up call about something. We are able to see things a different way. The field of possibilities is just waiting for our minds to catch up with our new energy fields.

Eric Francis ~ Cancer New Moon; Accessing Deep Feelings

Planet Waves | July 19 2012

Early this morning (12:24 am EDT) we experienced the annual Cancer New Moon. Happening late in the Sun’s run through Cancer, the New Moon picked up the signal of a diversity of planets associated with deep psychological, emotional and erotic healing.

Simplified chart section showing the moment of today’s New Moon in Cancer (the symbols that look like a Sun and Moon, with the same numbers next to them). Also shown is Venus in mid-Gemini, which is square Borasisi in Pisces (not shown).

New Moons represent a new cycle, and if you’re involved in a self-awareness or growth endeavor that fits this basic description, the next few days provide a space to go deeper into self-understanding. The message of this event seems to be: emotional healing arrives with self-forgiveness, as well as the personal choice to alter a negative cycle. When you heal, you also take yourself out of the “pass it forward” game that so often attends matters of abuse, and start spreading the positive vibes of self-acceptance.

There’s also the question of alienation, described by this New Moon’s proximity to a distant planet orbiting our Sun called Eris (named in 2006). This morning’s Sun-Moon conjunction was just a few degrees past an exact square to Eris, meaning that both the Sun and Moon recently made contact and carried some of its energy along to their own meeting. Eris is that part of us who yearns for connection she cannot find. She’s like a castaway part of ourselves who feels like she has no place in the world — an emotional condition that can come from many different worldly causes. In truth that alienation is from ourselves.

Henry Seltzer ~ A Dynamic July Of Epiphany And Turn-Around

Astrographs | July 2 2012

The Astrology of July features Mercury, Venus, Mars, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. The primary story line continues to be that of revolutionary activity in pursuit of meaningful change, as symbolized by Uranus in square to Pluto, now slightly fading but still quite active and highlighted by the lunations of the summer months. Venus has just turned to direct motion in aspect to these powerhouse outer planets, emphasizing still further their dynamic alignment that will last through the remainder of this decade. Our desire for connection thus has its dark side now, and epiphanies equally abound. Meanwhile, Mars is about to enter the Venus-ruled sign of Libra on July 3rd – coincident and T-square to a Capricorn Full Moon conjunct Pluto – there to trine the May 20th eclipse degree and also to make an imaginative and yet problematic quincunx to flighty Neptune. The emphasis on Mars with Neptune takes us away from our mundane selves and out of this world into a shape-shifting multiplicity of points of view, and yet paradoxically has the power to bring us back into the world as more fully realized beings.

Radical transformation is thus once more in the offing as this intense summer begins. And this brings up one of the great gifts of Astrology. Without its benefit one might assume that the worst is over, but this turns out to be far from the case. We know from the repetition and the severity of these transiting positions that things will tend to get worse over the next few years before they begin to get better. We will continue to be amazed by the unending revelations that spur us on to necessary changes, both in our individual lives and in the life of the collective that surrounds us. As Pluto conspires and interacts with the social innovation symbolized by Uranus all hell breaks loose – literally. This is because in order to create a new foundation one first must destroy the old order. Destruction is never pretty, nor comfortable, but it might turn out to be entirely necessary.

Barbara Hand Clow ~ Uranus Square Pluto And Generational Tension

Barbara Hand Clow | June 21 2012

[This is an update of an article by Barbara Hand Clow published in Welcome to Planet Earth (1991) titled, “Will the Pluto in Leo Generation Heal Itself?” During 2012-15, we will be living through seven squares between Uranus and Pluto, which will radically change our lives. When this article first came out twenty years ago, it flew all over the place and had a big impact because it spoke to people about their family relations. So, in light of the upcoming squares, this article is updated to our present times. Next comes an article on how to best utilize the power of the first square between Pluto and Uranus on June 24, 2012. Get ready!]

The seven squares between Uranus and Pluto—2012 through 2015—will create a revolution in global industrial, financial, and social structures. We know this because when the square was first drawing close during 2011, the ideals of the 1960s countercultural revolution surfaced within Occupy Wall Street, the Arab Spring, and the European financial crisis. Uranus rules radical structural changes, while Pluto destroys anything in the way of change. When they work together as a team as they are now, watch out! This is especially true with erratic and shocking Uranus in its most forceful sign—Aries—while ruthless Pluto is in it most determined sign—Capricorn. During the counter-cultural revolution, Uranus and Pluto in Virgo—the sign of healing, orderly living, and ecology—set the themes for transformation all the way up through 2104: During the 1960s for example, people rose up and demanded an end to corporate control and war, and soon these seven squares will provide fuel to push this agenda along.

When two planets square each other after a major conjunction, the issues that surfaced during the conjunction return and push for resolution. With Pluto in Capricorn, we will witness a cleanout of financial, corporate, and societal structures. Many of us have not forgotten the wild and crazy 1960s, when youth movements demanded economic fairness, an end to war, and creative freedom for all people. This pressure for a more humane world has simmered just beneath the surface for more than forty years, and it came to a boil again in 2011—“power to the people” is the same as “power for the 99%”.

This article looks into how the 2012-15 squares will impact the Pluto generations that played major roles during the 1960s—those with natal Pluto in Cancer through Virgo born 1912-1972. It ends with the Cancer through Virgo transits of Chiron from 1988 through 1995, because the centaur generated a healing of these three generations. (1) Back in the 1960 during the Uranus/Pluto conjunctions in Virgo, the Pluto-in-Leo generation—born from 1937 to 1958—challenged the control of their Pluto-in-Cancer parents—born from 1912 to 1939. (Overlaps between generations are due to Pluto’s retrograde motion.) This younger generation’s refusal to support the status quo resulted in heart-breaking divisions in many families that may rip open again in 2012-15. Then because of this division, the Pluto-in-Virgo children and grandchildren—born 1956 to 1972—currently struggle with having enough resources. Let’s consider how these generations may respond to these upcoming squares.

Because of Pluto’s long stay in each sign, the sign that Pluto occupies expresses the deepest desires of each generation. These well up within people and eventually become the themes of collective movements, for example, the infamous “Make Love, not War” slogan of the 1960s. These plutonic desires become specific evolutionary urges that transform worlds, very much like extinctions that create space for new species. Pluto resides in our solar plexus (gut) where we hold the complexes of present and past experience. Like a volcano, when there is too much hidden material in our gut, Pluto compresses it and then explodes the contents in a wild eruption. Pluto is our emotional brain that holds the records of our karmic processes; we remember our deepest feelings by storing them plutonically. Pluto is also a compassionate and wise master, a teacher who allows us to learn the most about ourselves by forcing us to notice our behavior when our gut erupts. Just feel that area of your body when you get really mad at someone.

Denise Le Fay ~ Heart Torus Field & The 2012 Solar Transmissions

Transitions | February 3 2012

If I remember correctly it was a couple of months ago that, while following my nose online, I stumbled upon a really great article called Follow Your Heartby Rebecca Cherry l at the website SERI-Worldwide.org.  I’m not familiar with the author or this website but I was obviously meant to see this woman’s article about the torus-shaped energy field we have emanating from our hearts and around our body. I read it and thought it was a very good article and was grateful my Higher Self led me to it…and then promptly forgot it and having read it! Another common ascension symptom but it shows how we’re not in our old 3D  linear minds/intellects as much as we’ve always been but increasingly  in the NOW moment and our hearts.

When I follow my nose online like this it’s because my Higher Self is directing me to some specific information for specific reasons and I know to go with the higher flow and connect the dots so I have a larger understanding about something which I usually share here as I’m doing with this. However, there was more I was supposed to understand when I first read this “Follow Your Heart” article that I did not catch, and so, my Higher Self lets me experience things for myself a bit longer, hurt a bit more from certain ascension and solar related symptoms so I really know on a conscious level what I missed the first time around. Thank you once again Higher Self and I’m learning to pay better attention in this new not paying tight, focused attention sort of way but expanding into a larger, less dramatic and rigid perceptual field type business. That sentence is far more important than it may sound at first.

To make sure I got the information I was meant to perceive the first time I read Rebecca Cherry’s article a month or two ago, my Higher Self let me experience the January 2012 X-class solar flare/CME onslaught and feel like my head, heart, tailbone, hips and pelvic area was going to explode or melt! With that particular physical pain fresh in my awareness and body, I was led back to this same article yesterday where I finally perceived a bit more of what I’d missed the first time around. Better late than never right?
