Even when they inspect a shipment, they rarely test it for heavy metals, pesticides, PCBs or other toxic contaminants.

Mark A. Kastel, Senior Farm Policy Analyst at The Cornucopia Institute, added emphasis to this point as he testified this week in The House Committee on Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe, Eurasia and Emerging Threats, saying, “We don’t trust, for good reason, the Chinese to supply ingredients for our dog and cat food. Why should we trust Chinese exporters for the food that we are feeding our children and families?”

It’s a good question. Especially when, as Kastel adds, Chinese food is being routinely found to contain “unapproved chemicals, dyes, pesticides and outright fraud (fake food).”

Mike Adams ~ Rice Imported From China Loaded With Toxic Levels Of Lead

A report released by the American Chemical Society reveals that rice imported into the United States from China and other countries contains very high levels of lead.

The FDA has established a “provisional total tolerable intake” (PTTI) level for lead, but some of the rice samples tested for this research exceeded the PTTI by 12,000%.

Imported rice was reportedly sampled from “Bhutan, Italy, China, Taiwan, India, Israel, the Czech Republic and Thailand,” reports the BBC.

Lead is extremely damaging to developing brains and contributes to organ failure. It was removed from gasoline (“unleaded”), paint and other industrial products in the United States for precisely these reasons.

Lead toxicity produces symptoms that include:

  • Muscle weakness
  • Gastrointestinal distress (constipation or diarrhea)
  • Kidney damage
  • Neurological damage
  • Short-term memory failures, lack of concentration
  • Depression

There’s a bigger agenda happening with bitcoin that needs to be publicly stated, and this goes far beyond the issue of the financial harm that will be caused when the bitcoin bubble finally implodes.

Central banks hate bitcoin. They hate it because it doesn’t allow them to loot bank accounts (Cyprus) and control the movement of capital around the globe. Bitcoin, in fact, threatens the very foundation of monetary control that underlies all the corrupt governments of the world. As such, bitcoin is a huge threat to the status quo, making it an obvious target for the globalists to attempt to destroy.

Discrediting bitcoin isn’t enough, however. To really be effective, they need to make bitcoin illegal.

The plot to criminalize bitcoin

How do you criminalize bitcoin? The same way you get guns banned: Plan an attack, make sure lots of people get hurt, roll out all the victims in front of the cameras, then use the sob stories as moral justification to crack down with oppressive new laws.

This is the agenda being planned right now with bitcoin. The recipe works like this:

Step 1) Central banks buy up massive quantities of bitcoin currency, driving the prices into the stratosphere and encouraging millions of people around the world to jump on board the “get rich” bandwagon.

Step 2) Once bitcoin valuations reach a sufficient level of insanity, start a massive selloff by dumping the bitcoins you already bought onto the market, offering them for sale at any price (i.e. sell into falling prices, accelerating the loss in valuations).

Step 3) Watch panic take hold as the bitcoin crash accelerates, ending in a catastrophic wipeout of “valuation” of all bitcoins.

Step 4) Find “victims” of the bitcoin crash who can tell a good sob story for the mainstream media about how they invested little Johnny’s college money in bitcoin and lost it all. Roll them out on CNN and MSNBC where they cry on camera and talk about how they were ripped off by bitcoin and now they only trust the government from now on.

Step 5) Demonize bitcoin by characterizing it as a “libertarian pyramid scheme.” Lash out against both decentralized currencies and libertarians.

Step 6) Once the demonization gains traction, have traitors in the U.S. Congress announce a “Consumer Currency Protection Act” that outlaws non-central bank currencies such as bitcoin. It’s all “for your safety,” of course. Shut down all online bitcoin wallets and exchanges, calling them “criminal pyramid schemes” and arrest a few people using bitcoin to send a warning message to the rest.

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Alzheimer’s disease (AD) — which robs people of the ability to think, remember and reason — is an irreversible, progressive disease that eventually destroys even the ability to carry out the simplest tasks. The NIH predicts that as many as 5.1 million Americans may have Alzheimer’s disease. There’s no cure and no treatment that works for long.

But does that mean there’s no hope you can stave off AD in the first place? So far, Big Pharma has nothing that works but researchers working on natural approaches are making progress. The latest is from a team of scientists in the Department of Basic Pharmaceutical Science at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. They say consuming extra virgin olive oil helps reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s — and they think they know why.

In their new study, just published in the American Chemical Society (ACS) journal ACS Chemical Neuroscience, they conclude that a component of olive oil helps shuttle abnormal proteins associated with AD out of the brain. Amal Kaddoumi and colleagues explained that the prevalence of Alzheimer’s has long been known to be lower in Mediterranean countries and, in the past, this has been attributed to the high concentration of healthful monounsaturated fats in olive oil which is a big part of the Mediterranean diet. However, more recent studies have suggested that the actual protective agent might be a natural substance in olive oil called oleocanthal that protects nerve cells from the kind of damage that occurs in AD.

Kaddoumi’s team set out to investigate whether oleocanthal actually helps decrease the accumulation in the brain of beta-amyloid, which is believed to be the culprit behind the mind-destroying properties of AD. For their study, they tracked the impact of oleocanthal in the brains and cultured brain cells of laboratory mice (a strain of rodents bred to use as stand-ins for humans with Alzheimer’s disease).

This data is then sold off to insurance companies who use it to raise your rates by linking your grocery purchases with the risk of disease.

Buying a lot of ice cream? You’re more likely to be obese and diabetic.

Purchasing a lot of processed meats and homogenized milk? You’re more likely to develop cardiovascular disease.

Bringing home a lot of processed food with additives, chemical sweeteners and chemical preservatives? You’re far more likely to get cancer.

Health insurance companies are now using this data to develop these sorts of “risk profiles” of individual consumers. And it’s all enabled because people are so incredibly obedient that they actually fill out their real names and addresses on these grocery loyalty cards. Health insurance companies simply use credit reporting databases to link your grocery loyalty card account number to your health insurance account number, and from there, your insurance rates can be adjusted based on what you buy to eat.

Even worse, they can use this data to deny your health insurance claims. For example, if you get diagnosed with cancer, your health insurance company can look through your grocery purchasing history and show that you bought processed meat products containing cancer-causing sodium nitrite. They can use this data to deny payment on your claims and push the blame on YOU for living a “cancer lifestyle.”

Well, Natural News has been making the connection for some time now, and it appears that, finally, other media outlets are beginning to do the same thing: Other media outlets, including the so-called conservative press – which has been reluctant to do so until recently – are reporting that many of the mass murders committed over the past 10-15 years have involved shooters who were taking, or had been taking, some sort of prescription psychotropic.

Conservative commentator Alan Caruba, in a recent blog post, noted the connection in an essay entitled, “Making Little Murderers by Prescription,” in which he observed that one positive thing that could come out of the Newtown, Conn., massacre is, finally, “a national discussion of the role of various psychological medications that have been foisted on a generation or two of young Americans in the nation’s schools.”

Like us, Caruba mentioned a specific class of drugs as being particularly dangerous and, perhaps, ultimately responsible: SSRIs, or Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors, which are psychotropic medications that work to alter chemical levels in the brain which impact behavior and mood.

In the aftermath of the tragic Sandy Hook shooting, the gun grabbers across America unleashed a full court press to try to wholly disarm American citizens. With the help of the incessantly anti-gun mainstream media, people like Biden, Bloomberg, Cuomo, Feinstein and Obama managed to stir up a frenzy of fabricated fear that promised all our children would be violently gunned down if we didn’t immediately agree to turn in all our guns and ammo magazines.

The push for gun control, however, has spectacularly backfired. In reality, it has hardened the positions of gun rights advocates while massively increasing the number of AR-15s and other firearms sold across the country.

The backfire is far worse than the gun grabbers could have possibly imagined when they launched their efforts on the graves of the dead Sandy Hook children. Here’s my analysis of what has factually happened on the gun control front since Sandy Hook.

Analysis of ways in which the gun grab backfired

• Instead of reducing sales of AR-15s and other firearms in America, the gun grab dramatically increased sales of nearly all firearms beyond any previous record. In essence, the American peoplebought nearly every gun available anywhere in the country, leaving gun store shelves empty. The upshot of all this? 10+ million new firearms in the hands of citizens and a one-year backlog of gun orders with manufacturers.

• Instead of shrinking the influence of the NRA, the gun grab vastly expanded NRA membership. More than 300,000 new members have been added to the NRA’s roster in just the last few months, and the association has become more steeled in its position than ever before. The NRA has shifted even more dramatically against gun restrictions than ever before, even reversing itself on the issue of “gun free school zones” after learning that such zones don’t work. Gun Owners of America has also seen its membership numbers soar.

• The backlash against Obama, Biden, Piers Morgan and others has been so powerful and persistent that Obama had to stage a photo op of himself shooting a shotgun in order to create the impression that he was “pro gun.” Similarly, anti-gun CNN host Piers Morgan has now broadcast a video of himself shooting an AR-15 in Katy, Texas, while softening his position and saying he was never against the Second Amendment in the first place. (Yeah, right…)

How big of a deal is all this? It’s huge! Imagine Piers Morgan picking up an AR-15 the day after the Sandy Hook shooting. Never would have happened, right? Or imagine Obama allowing himself to be photographed shooting a shotgun. These images would have been unimaginable mere weeks ago, but the gun grab push has backfired so completely that even the Second Amendment’s most outspoken critics are practically lining up to be photographed or filmed shooting guns.

• Instead of silencing all the gun advocates and owners across the nation, the effort has actually caused people to break their silence on the issue and go vocal with their true beliefs on the topic. I’m a perfect example of this: before Sandy Hook, I hardly ever mentioned firearms. After Sandy Hook, I’ve been one of the most outspoken voices of gun rights and the Second Amendment, and I’ve actually found that instead of losing an audience, I’ve gained a huge number of new subscribers who agree with me on this issue. Other people have done much the same thing. My friend Daniel Vitalis, best known for longevity supplements and preparedness know-how, has even gone public with his own pro-gun column, and the feedback from his health-oriented audience has been mostly positive.

• The emotionally-loaded “Demand A Plan” Hollywood video, featuring dozens of top stars trying to convince us we need to disarm ourselves, was very quickly turned into a laughing stock due to the release of far more informative video showing most of those stars using guns to commit bloody murder on the big screen. The hypocrisy was inescapable: Hollywood people want to claim they are against guns, but much of their income is based on movies that feature horrific scenes of violent shootings.

• While the gun grabbers wanted sheriffs and cops to jump on board the gun disarmament bandwagon, what actually happened is that sheriffs began speaking out AGAINST gun control and encouraging their local constituents to arm themselves. Sheriffs across the country — in huge numbers — publicly proclaimed they would not allow federal agents to enforce gun restrictions in their counties.

The band was faked; the “live” singing was faked; the speech was teleprompter-driven; the news coverage was an orgy of fairyland wishes that have virtually no chance of ever coming true.

The fakery started long before Obama

But it’s not even just Obama, you see. George Bush masterminded the faked war on terror and the fake justifications for the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, with all its fake authority but very real sexual molestation at the airports.

The federal government, whether under a Republican or a Democratic administration, operates with the arrogance of fake authority that was never granted to it under the Constitution. Local sheriffs are the preeminent legal authority in the country and have the power, by constitutional design, to prevent or refuse enforcement of federal statutes which violate the U.S. Constitution or their oaths of office, according to one former sheriff who has battled the Feds over gun laws and won.

Richard Mack, the one-time sheriff of Graham County, Ariz., said in a recent interview withWorldNetDaily.com that he joined with then-Rivalli County Sheriff Jay Printz in a successful lawsuit against the federal government during President Clinton’s terms during the 1990s to oppose provisions of the Brady Bill gun-control law.

Since winning that battle, Mack has been a leader in the movement emphasizing the roles and responsibilities of local sheriffs. And now that gun control is once again at the forefront of domestic policy, both inside the Obama White House and Congress, Mack says once more that hope remains in local law enforcement.

‘I hope and pray sheriffs won’t allow anymore gun control‘

“Gun control is illegal, and it’s against the Constitution,” Mack said, noting that the process of opposing such mandates and laws is not a complicated process. “What people don’t realize is that the Second Amendment was designed to protect us from the power of the federal government.”

Mack said he expects elected county sheriffs across the country to defend the rights of their constituents.

“I hope and pray America’s sheriffs won’t allow anymore gun control. The sheriffs need to be united in letting the federal government know that we’re not going to allow it,” he told WND.

“In the ’90s when I was the sheriff of Graham County, Ariz., we worked with other sheriffs and stopped two or three Brady Bills,” he said, a legal battle he talks about in seminars with sheriffs.
