Sound waves do not die out, they travel forever and forever. All of our words and sentences are immortal!
Gillian MacBeth-Louthan – For several months now I’ve been dealing with very intense energies in the evening under dark skies; Energy that makes me want to jump out of my skin; energies that feel aggressive, prodding, directed and intrusive. I truly believe that an interfering invasive sound frequency is being broadcast to us when we are trying to sleep and replenish.
From what I can tell the energies run from 12:00 midnight to about 3:00 in the morning, they are Non-Stop aggressive and not user friendly to the nervous system.
I’m well aware that without the proper sleep and relaxation at night that my cortisol levels and my fright, fight and flight response is activated. All of this causes great stress on the human body aging it and lowering the immune system.
The body has to rob Peter to pay Paul so to speak. At this time I’m using cortisol relaxing frequencies from YouTube to help me not go down the biological tube so to speak.
I have been investigating the night time frequencies and how that interfaces with our biology as a human. I don’t know if these energies come from the future, from the past, from Aliens, the star peoples or from the government, it matters not; It is stealing our peace our light, out life force and our night time regenerative powers.
Yes, sound frequencies can affect cortisol levels studies showing that loud, chaotic, or low-frequency noise can increase cortisol, while certain frequencies and sounds like rhythmic music or ambient nature sounds can decrease it. The effect depends on the frequency, intensity, duration, and type of sound.
Sounds that decrease cortisol 528 Hz frequency:
Some studies suggest that listening to 528 Hz music for short periods can lead to lower cortisol and increased oxytocin compared to standard music. Ambient nature sounds: Sounds like rain or ocean waves are linked to lower cortisol and can promote a more relaxed state.
BPM [Beats Per Minute] can positively influence mood and stress markers, with some studies showing it can lead to a significant decrease in cortisol.
Sound can trigger or suppress the body’s stress response system, which is mediated by hormones like cortisol.
Nervous system activation:
Loud or disruptive noise can activate the body’s “fight or flight” response, leading to an increase in stress hormones. Conversely, certain calming sounds can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a “rest and digest” state and lowering cortisol.
Infrasound (sound below 20 Hz) affects humans physically and psychologically, causing dizziness, nausea, headaches, anxiety, fatigue, and sleep disruption, even though we can’t consciously hear it.
While mild exposure might cause subtle discomfort, high levels can resonate with internal organs, potentially leading to more severe issues like vertigo, intestinal spasms, or impaired heart function. This Can trigger dizziness, imbalance, and vertigo by affecting the inner ear’s balance system.
Low-frequency vibrations can cause internal organs to resonate, leading to nausea, intestinal spasms, and chest pressure; Can induce feelings of anxiety, fear, dread, sadness, or panic.
High-intensity infrasound may negatively affect heart contraction, and it’s been linked to blood pressure changes. Fatigue, tinnitus, headaches, and respiratory issues can occur. Causes difficulty concentrating, reduced working capacity, and lethargy. Leads to restlessness and disrupted sleep patterns. Infrasound also has the ability to create unease, visual distortions (like blurry figures) and some “haunted” paranormal experiences.
Sources of Infrasound
Natural: Earthquakes, ocean waves, severe weather.
Man-Made: Airplanes, heavy traffic, industrial machinery, wind turbines, loudspeakers. primarily affect hippocampal and cerebral cortex neurons, leading to significant neuronal damage and synaptic dysfunction
Infrasound propagates hundreds of miles and can penetrate walls, mountains and other impediments without losing potency. What is called “the ghost frequency” is a low-frequency sound, typically around 18-19 Hz, that is just below the threshold of human hearing. It is called this because it can cause physical and psychological effects, such as a sense of dread, unease, or the feeling of a dark presence.
These effects are thought to be caused by the sound’s vibrations affecting the human body, particularly the eyes and chest. Infrasound can affect the brain by altering neural activity, potentially leading to effects like stress, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating.
Sound waves (both internal and external) can modulate the endocrine system which is the network of glands that secrete hormones responsible for stress, mood, metabolism, reproduction, and overall homeostasis. New findings suggest that specific frequencies can alter stress hormone levels (like cortisol and adrenaline) -Stimulate the release of pleasure and bonding hormones (like dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin) -Affect reproductive hormones (including luteinizing hormone and estrogen) -Modulate growth hormones and melatonin, impacting sleep and circadian rhythms.
“Brown Note”: A myth suggesting 19 Hz infrasound causes extreme intestinal distress, stemming from early vibration tests that produced severe nausea and disorientation.
The kidneys process fear. The heart processes trauma. The adrenals process paranoia. The brain and heart both process stress. The lungs process sadness and grief. The liver processes anger and frustration. The gall-bladder processes resentment. The stomach pancreas and spleen process worry.

♦ Your brain is not just observing your life it’s building it with every thought that you repeat
♦ Your cells in your body hear and respond to the sound of your voice
♦ The brain does not care about truth any more than an AI does!
♦ 5 minutes of intense anger can cause brain damage equal to 6 hours of Aging
♦ It has been shown scientifically that chronic negative thinking shrinks your brain.
