February 2026 Energy Report

Jennifer Hoffman – What do you think is possible when a month starts with every personal planet in Aquarius and a full moon in Leo, and those aspects have only happened 3 times in 2500 years — 85, 1300, and 1772, (since 500 BC which is when recorded astrology began)? And that is not all. We have Saturn entering Aries for the first time since 1996, a Saturn/Neptune conjunction at the 0 Aries Point – the start of the zodiac – and has never happened in recorded history. And there is an eclipse too.

To add to the mix of energies in February, Mercury will be going retrograde in Pisces to establish yet another Alpha Omega Portal. It’s going to be month to remember. You heard it here first.

February is a 3 month – the number of creativity. February is the 2nd month (2) and 2026 is a 1 year, 2 + 1 = 3. 3 represents creativity, communication, first stage expansion – beyond limitation, and a new level of awareness. So if you are feeling creative, do something about it. Take an art or a dance class, take up photography, make something, cook, bake, or explore new places.

February will feel like the real beginning of 2026. And if 2025 was a limiting year for you, then 2026 will be expansive – at least it has the potential to be. How and if that happens is up to you. And if you didn’t feel it in January, don’t worry, that is not what the rest of the year will be like. January was still holding dense energy from 2025 and with a heavy Capricorn signature, it was not going to be a very fun month.

But February is different and with all of the Aquarius placements, we are encouraged to start shedding the density for a lot of light. We are ready for the joy and February will deliver the potential – we have to align with and integrate it though.

This is part of the Manifestation path others do not teach and one of the areas in which I excel. That is why I included my ‘5 Pillars of Manifestation’ framework in my GPS 2026 program. This is a strong year for manifestation but you have to know and understand the right process to do it well.

Let’s talk about the February 1 full moon because it is really epic. We have Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars in Aquarius with the moon in Leo, opposite Aquarius. And remember – Pluto is in Aquarius too, powering this full moon, so that gives Aquarius a strong edge all year but especially with all of these planets in the sign.

And they’re experiencing a square from Uranus in Taurus – forcing us through the steps of change into transformation. This is not a ‘sink or swim’ moment, it is a get ready to leap moment because whatever has been holding us back from moving forward is no longer relevant, available, or necessary.

This is a GatewayEvent moment on our ascension path – and we do not get those very often. Gateway Events are rare alignments when all of the energy forces change. The distractions are removed, the path narrows, and the only obvious or available path is the one right in front of us. It’s possibly the one we do not want to take or that forces us to consider difficult choices, but they are necessary.

Gateway Events are part of our ascension path and we have seen them before. The Saturn/Pluto conjunction in 2020 was one of them, so was the Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in Pisces in 2022. We have had many of them since 2020 and we have another one this month, the Saturn/Neptune conjunction in February.

The theme of February is acceleration – which means to quicken or hasten. This is not about going faster, it is moving the entire process in a more organized, less encumbered direction. Think of the acceleration of a car – the entire car moves faster towards its destination. The ‘accelerator’ pedal is the one that you push when you want to move. So we need to find our accelerator pedal and push it to the floor.

To accelerate we need to release things that are slowing us down and limiting our progress.

What is no longer necessary or essential?

What are you tired of, have outgrown, or no longer see joy from?

What are you now moving towards, not away from?

This is just one part of February’s blessings. On the 14th Saturn moves into Aries for a 2.5 year stay. Here it is going to make an exact conjunction with Neptune at 0 Aries – the Cardinal Point, the Zero Point of the zodiac. This is the big bang, the primordial beginning, the place where everything starts. We’ll see that point highlighted in March on the Spring Equinox when the Sun is there on March 20.

Then on February 17 we have a new moon and solar eclipse at 28 Aquarius. With an exact square from Uranus, Aquarius’ ruler, expect some rude awakenings and surprise endings and beginnings. These are not small or gentle energies – that does not mean they are bad, they are just unrelenting and very direct. And eclipse energy can stay active for 6 months or more so this is not a once and done aspect. This energy continues through mid-year, and beyond.

Let’s not forget the Chinese New Year that happens on February 17 as we move from Water Snake to Fire Horse. If the Water Snake year showed you where transformation had to happen, then the Fire Horse is going to be your ride out of there. Horses are elegant, fast, graceful, and highly spiritual. Horses are also herd animals and must be around other animals. That is why donkeys, llamas, goats, and other herd animals are often placed with horses because they thrive in community.

With community being one of the 5D ascension aspects, we’ll also see a lot of growth in energetically aligned communities – and that includes the energetic family. So if the past few years created a total breakdown in your family relationships, don’t worry because you may find more resonant and energetically aligned people this year.

Mercury goes retrograde February 27 in Pisces which underscores the spiritual transformation that we are undergoing and it impacts everyone. We are not becoming ‘more spiritual’, we are seeing the integration of 5D energy – something I have written about for over 10 years – into everyday life.

And this is much better than ‘becoming spiritual’. This is not spiritual performance, which many people have engaged in during the past 20 years and called themselves ‘spiritual’ while their actions were highly questionable. This is 5D integration, where 5D energy comes into 3D density and raises its frequency.

With February’s acceleration energy theme, think of higher energy frequencies accelerating 3D into high levels of energetic frequency and vibration. That does not mean that all of 3D will participate, but those aspects that do not will become irrelevant.

And as we end February we have another Alpha Omega Portal with Neptune, still at 0 Aries while Mercury retrogrades through Pisces, holding space there. This is another level of Alpha/Omega because Mercury is the first personal planet and the smallest, while Neptune rules the 12th house.

Mercury is probably the least ‘spiritually oriented of the planets – it’s also called the trickster and it rules karma. While Mercury may not be a planet we associate with spirituality, it is definitely a force for spiritual growth because its effects can be so disruptive.

Neptune exemplifies enlightenment, spiritual clarity, and mission accomplished. It’s a great way to prepare for March, when our natural new year begins. March begins with a lunar eclipse in Virgo/Pisces – and this one is going to be another Gateway Portal in our ascension cycle – more on that in the March Energy Report.

February is a Gateway Event Portal so pack your gear, leave whatever burdens you behind, mount up, and let’s accelerate this journey and ride into the light.
