From Endings to Action: Manifest Your Next Beginning

Manifest from Completed Endings

Manifest from Completed EndingsJennifer Hoffman – Have you noticed that the energy leading up to the full moon this week was particularly heavy? I did, I also noticed that I was not sleeping well and felt very unmotivated, uninspired, and generally tired. And it has also been responsible for something rather interest – a lot of karma boomerangs. If you watch what is going on in the world you will notice that things that have been occurring without consequences for months or years are finally in the justice spotlight. I think we will see more of this in October.

The September 26 full moon was particularly energized with Pluto and Neptune and a sharp angle to Uranus – the wild card of the zodiac. If this brings forward some unusual endings or beginnings for you in the coming days and weeks, don’t be surprised.

And as we close out September and its particular energy of closure, endings, and beginnings, keep this in mind – beginnings require endings so that new pathways can be created. You may need to remind yourself of this as we enter October, which will be an 11 month, the path of spiritual initiation.

We often think manifestation begins with intention, desire, or vision. Those are important parts of the process, but manifestation also requires movement. An idea remains an idea until we give it direction, energy, structure, and a place to become real, and part of our reality . And manifestation is a process of turning energy into reality. This is energetic manipulation – ‘mani’ means hands – in the best sense of the word.

September asks: What are you prepared to do with the ideas, possibilities, and opportunities that are now appearing?

The Ninth Month: Completion Before Creation

September is the ninth month of the calendar year, and the number nine carries the energy of fulfillment, completion, integration, and release.

Nine represents the end of a cycle, but an ending is not a failure. It is the point at which we have gathered everything that a particular experience, relationship, identity, belief, or life path was capable of teaching us.

We cannot remain in every cycle forever. We can create beginnings but there is a catch and a lesson.

The catch is beginnings require endings.

The lesson is that letting go, releasing, having closure, is the necessary part of both endings and beginnings. And in September we get this opportunity in an interesting way because the energy of September is both an ending, a 9, and a beginning, the 1.

One of the greatest challenges of manifestation is our reluctance to allow endings. We want the new beginning, but we do not always want to release what the beginning will replace. We want expansion without disruption, transformation without change, and a new reality that does not require us to reconsider any part of the old one.

And every beginning requires an ending. The ending must happen before the beginning can begin.

Sometimes the ending is external and obvious. A relationship concludes. A job changes. A plan no longer works. A door closes.

At other times, the ending is internal. We stop carrying a belief that has limited us. We release an obligation that we never wanted. We stop waiting for the acknowledgement, approval, the apology, or someone else’s transformation.

We decide that we no longer need to prove our value, earn someone’s approval, or remain committed to a version of ourselves that was created during a very different time.

September’s completion energy is not asking us to discard everything. It is asking us to become more discerning about what belongs in the next phase of our growth.

What supports the person you are becoming?

What belongs to the person you used to be?

What are you trying to carry into the future simply because you are afraid to let it go?

Endings create energetic space. They return our attention, time, confidence, and creative power to us. They allow energy that has been trapped in old battles, expired expectations, and unresolved situations to become available for something new.

This is why endings are an essential part of manifestation. Before we ask what we want to create, we must sometimes ask what we are willing to complete.

Action Is the Bridge Between Intention and Manifestation

Manifestation is frequently described as a process of attracting what we want. But manifestation is also a process of becoming energetically congruent with what we say we want.

We cannot manifest a new reality while continually reinforcing the old one.

We cannot ask for peace while remaining committed to conflict. We cannot ask for expansion while choosing from fear. We cannot ask for greater abundance while rejecting every opportunity that requires us to be visible, make a decision, learn something new, or take a different approach.

The energy of action reveals whether we are genuinely committed to an intention or simply fascinated by the possibility of it.

September may show you where you have been waiting, hesitating, delaying, or overthinking. This is not judgment. It is information. Perhaps you were not ready before. Perhaps you needed more clarity. Perhaps the timing, resources, or energetic support were not available.

But that does not mean you must remain where you are now.

Action changes the energetic landscape. The moment you take one aligned step, you create new information, new choices, and new pathways. You demonstrate that you are willing to participate in your own transformation.

The question this month is not simply, “What do I want?”

It is “What action am I willing to take to give that possibility somewhere to land?”

You do not have to see the entire path. You only need to recognize the next aligned step.

September 26: The Aries Harvest Full Moon

The Full Moon occurs on September 26 at 3 degrees Aries. It is also the Harvest Moon, the Full Moon closest to the autumn equinox.

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and carries the energy of identity, courage, initiation, independence, and forward movement. This Full Moon illuminates the relationship between “I am” and “we are,” between personal desires and relationship dynamics, and between honoring ourselves and maintaining harmony with others.

The Moon’s conjunction with Neptune adds intuition, spiritual awareness, compassion, and emotional sensitivity. Its supportive connections with Uranus and Pluto can bring insight, revelation, and the courage to respond differently to something that once felt immovable.

This may be a culmination point for decisions involving identity, agency, or personal direction. We may see where we have been compromising ourselves to preserve a connection, delaying an action because others might not approve, or waiting for consensus when the choice ultimately belongs to us.

The Aries Full Moon asks:

What am I ready to claim?

What is out of balance in my life and my energy?

Where must I take the initiative?

What am I no longer willing to abandon within myself?

What has reached completion so that a new beginning can emerge?

Full Moons illuminate and reveal. They can bring results, decisions, endings, or greater clarity. Under this Harvest Moon, pay attention to what becomes undeniable. You may not need more signs, more confirmation, or another month of thinking. You may simply need to trust what you already know and act accordingly.

Mars enters Leo on September 27, immediately following the Full Moon, adding confidence, creativity, visibility, and expressive power to the end of the month. After a period of internal processing, this can feel like a call to step forward more boldly and allow our intentions to be seen.

September’s Invitation

September is not asking us to move recklessly. It is asking us to stop withholding our energy from the future we say we want.

There is a difference between forcing an outcome and participating in its creation.

Aligned action does not always feel dramatic. Sometimes it is quiet and deeply personal. It may involve closing a door, making a phone call, completing a project, changing a habit, making an offer, telling the truth, setting a boundary, or finally giving an idea the attention it deserves.

Manifestation begins with an idea, but the idea must eventually meet action.

This is the focus of my IDEA Manifesting Program: understanding how we move from inspiration and possibility into an intentional creative process that supports real-world manifestation. It is not enough to want a different outcome. We must recognize what we are willing to release, what we are prepared to choose, and how we will direct our energy toward the reality we want to create.

September gives us a powerful opportunity to begin.

Let the endings complete themselves by letting go and surrendering to the process.

Let the lessons become wisdom by embracing their knowledge and releasing expectations and assumptions.

Let the ideas become intentions and allow yourself to assign a possibility to your potential.

And then take the action that opens the door to your next beginning.

The future does not require you to know every step today. It asks you to become willing to take the next one and allow the endings that are required for the beginnings to begin.
