Jessica C. – A federal judge appointed by former President Barack Obama just delivered a CRUSHING blow to the corrupt Democratic party which has them on the verge of a mental breakdown.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan DENIED a request for a restraining order by 14 Democrat State attorneys general who sued the Trump Administration and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) on behalf of the Democratic Party.
A coalition of Democrat-led states including Michigan, Rhode Island, California, Massachusetts, and others filed a lawsuit arguing President Trump violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution when he created DOGE and gave its leader Elon Musk what they claimed was “unchecked power.”
Democrats argument is that DOGE is illegal because Elon Musk was not confirmed by the Senate, but it’s really just a desperate attempt to keep the fraud flowing through the swamp.
Judge Chutkan ruled that the Democrat AGs failed to demonstrate any evidence that DOGE would actually cause “irreparable harm.”
“In these circumstances, it must be indisputable that this court acts within the bounds of its authority. Accordingly, it cannot issue a TRO, especially one as wide-ranging as Plaintiffs request, without clear evidence of imminent, irreparable harm to these Plaintiffs. The current record does not meet that standard.”
In their lawsuit the AGs complained that DOGE has already “cut billions of dollars from agency budgets, fired agency personnel,” and that it has moved to ”delete entire agencies,” as if that were a bad thing.
I suppose when your party is directly benefitting from those billions of dollars and crooked agencies it is a bad thing, but for the rest of us tax-payers who don’t belong to the parasite class in D.C. this is EXACTLY what we want.
The Democrat AGs also tried to spin their usual line about how DOGE is a “threat to democracy” but even this Obama judge wasn’t buying that line of B.S.
Judge Chutkan said that what they’re trying to pass off as “evidence” is nothing more than glorified fear-mongering. “You’re talking about a generalized fear,” she said, “I’m not seeing it so far.”
With the Democrats firing off emergency lawsuits against DOGE, this ruling by Chutkan is very important because it sets a precedent for Democrats to be forced to show some kind of REAL evidence of the harm caused by DOGE – which is impossible for them to do.
You may have heard Judge Tanya Chutkan’s name before because she is a radical Marxist judge who has a lengthy record of putting her anti-conservative bias on full display for the world to see.
Most notably, Chutkan presided over the Trump “election interference” case in 2021 where she did everything she could to help the Democrats land a knockout punch on him. Trump subsequently referred to her as “the most evil person.”
This anti-Trump, anti-conservative track record makes her decision to rule AGAINST the Democrats even more difficult for the left to swallow.
The Democratic party is definitely in full meltdown mode over the fact that even their crooked judges are no longer giving them wins!

The most positive result here is Judge Chutkan’s ability to change direction as the political truth is exposed to her. Self preservation takes over and she wants to keep judging for a living. Most Democrats are in too deep to change direction. Plausible deniability goes just so far before it turns to undeniable guilt. Chutkan is showing a chink in the armor of the Left and it is a huge chink!
We’re in complete agreement. I thought much the same thing when I read her ruling. Perhaps it has something to do with Congress taking a serious look at impeaching judges.
