Navigating the Eclipse Corridor: Tips for Emotional Resilience

Navigating the Eclipse Corridor: Tips for Emotional ResilienceLorna Bevan – If everything seems slightly out of kilter, shaky or out of focus, it’s because we’re all stumbling through the disorienting hall of mirrors that is the eclipse corridor between the Super Moon lunar eclipse in Pisces on September 17th and the Super Moon solar eclipse in Aries on October 2nd.

Your emotions may feel especially ragged or raw as both eclipses are also potent Super Moons at their closest to Earth and on September 23rd at the elemental shift that is the Equinox, the Sun crosses the Super Massive Galactic Centre into cardinal Libra and squares Great Eliminator Pluto.

The somatic pull of two lunar blackouts is a signal to:

♦ go inside, to sit with what is shape-shifting and to allow the (moon) shadow work that arises

♦ respond to rather than interpret your own and unique shifts – notice where your awareness has changed

♦ learn to see in the dark and to be with the truth of difficult situations, without looking for an escape hatch

♦ practice becoming resilient and anti-fragile

“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” Lao Tzu
