March 2026 Energy Report

This is the annual starting line, the reboot, and the astrological birthday, so let’s celebrate.
March is the 3rd month of the year and in 2026 it is a 4 year. 4 is the number of stability, structure, and grounding. There are 4 elements – water, fire, earth, and air. There are 4 seasons, 4 quarters in an annual cycle. 4 is the number of completion and of balance.
With 4 we feel structured, grounded, and are standing on a stable foundation, , and it is fitting that we have a 4 month in March.
The March energy theme reflects that with a theme of Rebirth, Reckoning, and Re-Structuring.
We have rebirth with spring when all of nature returns to life after hibernating over a long, cold winter.
We have a Reckoning as we make careful, deliberate, intentional choices about our life path. This includes where we are now and where we want to be, who gets access to us and our energy, where we spend our time, energy, and effort, and how we manage our energy resources.
Re-structuring refers to how we will build our lives, and instead of choosing a random path, we have to become architects of our reality. With a focus on the path we can become victims to destiny, uncertainty, surprises, and unexpected events. As architects of our reality we have a design, a plan, and a vision of the outcome. There’s room for course correction but far fewer surprises and upsets.
First we start the month with Mercury retrograde, which began on February 27 and is happening in Pisces. This is not a bad thing, especially this month. It is a good idea to use standard Mercury retrograde cautions but ‘don’t fear the retrograde’ because this one is going to push karma forward, assist with endings and release, make sure you are attending to your own needs, and help with alignment in new directions.
This may mean that you see endings happening quickly, without you having tough conversations. Let go of those who want to release you. When you’re expanding to higher levels of frequency people who cannot make that journey with you need to let go of you. Make it easy for them. Send an invitation, and welcome the disconnection because it creates space for your new 5D community and your energetic family.
This is one time when you’ll hear me say ‘let them’ and move on to allow new, more energetically aligned people into your rife.
On March 3 we have a powerful full moon eclipse on the Virgo/Pisces axis. This is yet another marker point for the exiting Pisces energy that we have had since 2011. What makes this eclipse extra potent is Mars entering Pisces on the same day – creating a strong 360 degree Alpha Omega Portal as Mars rules Aries, the first house and it is in Pisces, the 12th house.
But there is more to this. We now enter a rare triple Alpha Omega Portal. The first one, which we will have for the next 14 years, is with Neptune in Aries. But the other two are happening now and for the next week, with the exchange between Neptune and Mars. Neptune in Aries places the ruler of the 12th house in the 1st; Mars in Pisces places the ruler of the 1st house in the 12th.
This represents three Origin-Embodiment Arcs, a full spectrum cycle of soul to self-integration that runs from spirit to self back to spirit. An ascending spiral of energetic cooperation between human and divine, spiritual and material.
This is the ascension dynamic: the grounding of higher frequencies into daily life, the infusion of 5D coherence into 3D structure.
This is embodied ascension integration – grounding spirit into our reality, the integration of 5D energy into our 3D reality at every level. We do not need to become ‘more spiritual,’ we need to ‘raise the vibe’ in every aspect of our lives, infusing new energy into everything we are and everything we choose to be and to become.
Mars and Neptune are in mutual reception, in each other’s signs. This amplifies their energy and takes the Pisces lessons of the past 15 years and makes them more personal. Look for increased insights, more awareness, more alignment, and a greater need for relationships, connections, situations, and activities that align with your soul mission.
But this is not pure spirituality, it is integrated spiritual learning, experience, and reality. It is another level of our ascension integration pathway where we get to experience more of the integration piece in a more graceful way – unless we choose to ignore the signs pointing us to where this integration is possible, needed, and necessary.
This Mars/Neptune mutual reception happens about every 160 years – the previous time was in 1862 and before that, around 1700. Each occurrence has marked a collective energetic pivot, a restructuring of identity, destiny, and social direction. And with a Virgo/Pisces eclipse, it is going to show up in very powerful ways.
Every time this 160-year cycle opens, humanity shifts direction. The collective releases one paradigm and steps into another. What changes now is not the world itself, but our orientation to it – our identity, our choices, our standards, and the energy we allow or refuse. These periods always mark a transition from endurance to empowerment, from chaos to clarity, from old roles and rules to new sovereignty.
How will you use this energy in your life?
In a surprising twist of events that began at the end of February and has culminated with the March 3 eclipse, we saw a huge shakeup of the spiritual industry complex and entire pay to play speaking and coaching industry in all areas – coaching, health, wellness, business, lifestyle, and self-help. It started with a tell-all Substack post by Lissa Rankin, who wrote about her experiences in the world of the speaker industrial complex, starting with the weird friendship between Deepak Chopra and Jeffrey Epstein.
I was shocked to learn what was really going on with people who are supposed to be spiritual teachers, leaders, and mentors. And I shared the article with you.
Lissa had mentioned the coercive sales tactics used by these ‘leaders’ and I use that term loosely, so I thought I would look up how many of them used NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming which is a mind and behavior control system first developed in the 1950s using MKUltra research and funded by DARPA and the military.
Wow, I discovered that they all used it – in every industry – and it was required of them because it made people easier to sell to and they made LOTS of money. They were using mind control techniques to make people buy from them. Think about that for a minute. And yes that includes the ‘spiritual’ community too.
I wrote an article detailing my research called NLP – The Mind Control System Hidden in Plain Sight. And I wrote another until I had a 6 article series which I posted on my Substack feed, you can read them here.
What a disappointment it was to learn that the business and spiritual personalities that I followed from around 2010 through 2018 were all using NLP in their events, webinars, and presentations. And how devious of them to use military grade, weaponized mind and behavioral control technology to bypass intuition, circumvent logic, mold behavior, manipulate emotions, and overcome objections – a term they often use. Things had started to unravel for them after 2023 but it has really gained momentum now, with the Chopra/Epstein revelation, Lissa Rankin’s article, and my NLP series.
Well, the NLP articles had more interest and impact than I imagined they would. They have been read over 25,000 times on Substack, thousands of views on LinkedIn, I have nearly 500,000 views on my Facebook post announcing the first article, and have received dozens of comments thanking me for the series, also confirming my own experiences at events with these speakers during that time.
So many people wrote to say that they also felt that something was wrong, ‘off’ at these events, some regretting the thousands of dollars they spent on programs when they now realized they were deceitfully coerced into buying them. A change is coming and it is long overdue, something I have been saying for over 15 years.
This industry really started growing after Neptune entered Pisces, in 2011. And it fell after Neptune left Pisces in late January 2026 and Saturn entered Aries on February 13, 2026. I have been saying for 3 years that Saturn in Pisces would provide spiritual grounding and discipline, and it has.
In 2004 I predicted that a new generation of spiritual teachers would eventually take over spiritual training. At the time the spiritual community was dominated by people like Wayne Dyer, Hay House authors, and a few others. That grew starting around 2010 until 2020, lost momentum until 2023, and has not really recovered since the event industry has been limited. But these past few weeks have really changed the dynamic.
I do not know how this industry will recover from this revelation and if it does, the status quo will change. Trust violations are hard to overcome. New teachers will step up and be noticed, now that there is room for them on the stage, which I outlined in Part 6 of the NLP series. But what a shock and how appropriate of Neptune and Pisces, which rule illusion and deception, as well as enlightenment and spiritual truth. If you have been wanting to share your message, read Part 6 of the NLP series because I suggest how the industry can change and why there is room for new messages, voices, and teachers and mentors.
The new moon of March 18 is at 28 Pisces, right before the Equinox on March 20. There is so much spiritual symbolism this month, with messages of spiritual revival, renewal, recapturing the joy that we could have lost over so many years of challenges.
We have another Pisces completion arc, right before the new natural year begins. 2026 starts a new 9 year energy cycle and with the Equinox we are fully into the new year.
Mercury goes direct the day before the Equinox, at the same degree, 8 Pisces, it was at when Saturn was at the final degree of Pisces. More spiritual symbolism, more energy for empowered enlightenment, more opportunities for releasing ourselves from the energetic prisons of the past to discover the new self that is possible once we no longer dim our light.
The Equinox marks the beginning of spring, one of my favorite seasons. As a gardener, I love going out to see what new treasures are peeking out of the ground, ready for a new season. It is also a time of inventory and assessment for gardeners.
I plant perennials because I do not like to have to replant my entire garden every year. Annuals are nice but they die in the fall. But just because it is spring doesn’t mean that every plant makes it through winter and is going to bloom again. We had a cold, snowy winter which is unusual for this area so some of my plants may not have survived.
This month is a good time to take inventory of what is planted in your life.
Is it going to bloom again, or is it time to let it go?
Is it planted where it needs to be or does it need to be moved?
Or are you over it and need to plant something new in its place?
And is it time to divide plants that have spread too much and are taking too much space- like hostas, daylilies, and irises? They’re beautiful, grow back every year, and they are lovely, but without constant dividing, they take over the areas where they are planted.
Let me give you an example. When I bought this house 8 years ago there was a fairly large patch of daylilies on one side of the yard – it was about 9 feet x 9 feet. I am sure that the original owners had planted a few daylilies there to brighten the space. By the time I moved in, the patch had grown huge. It was in an awkward place and after my neighbor installed a fence, even more so. So I decided to dig them up.
I started at one corner and thought it would take an hour. After 3 hours I had barely made a dent. But I had boxes of daylilies, which I gave away. It took 3 years of continuous digging to remove all of the daylilies. They are very invasive and spread rapidly.
This is the unromantic, decisive aspect of gardening. So don’t be afraid to dig up those overgrown plants, and cut them into smaller pieces to either plant elsewhere or give them away. Each of those root sections will grow a new plant in another part of the garden. This is necessary for plant and garden health and sometimes it is necessary for our own peace of mind, heart, and spirit..
This kind of assessment is a necessary part of our energy balancing work and what I call energetic house cleaning. But it is something we do not do very often. Are we afraid of causing hurt feelings or of having difficult conversations? I think that part of us wants to give people ample time to change and we hope that they will so we stretch out the difficult conversations because we hope that we won’t need to go there.
But now we do. There is an increasingly large energy gap between us and the people we have been holding energetic space for. The eclipse on March 3 is a moment of reckoning for everyone. Are we where we want to be? Are we fully engaged with our next levels of potential? Do we enjoy all of our relationships and connections and are we in the energy of joy within them?
March’s energy is not about soft spirituality. It is the cord cutting, energy boundaries, intention setting, and paradigm claiming energy that we may want but may be afraid to start using.
It’s time to just say ‘Yes’ to the first thing. Say Yes to a small joy, a quiet dream, a secret wish, a small hope. That first “yes” can expand into something else and a new potential can emerge even if you think it will never happen. A small Yes is much better than a big NO which leaves no room for potential or possibility or change, must less transformation.
March ends on an interesting note with the moon in Virgo, echoing the March 3 eclipse, a reminder to take the lessons and learning of the eclipse with us as we move into April.
It’s going to be a big energy month so buckle up, remember that Mercury retrograde can be challenging and annoying if we’re not paying attention, and have a wonderful month.
