Lena Stevens – This year, the mid-year solstice and the full moon are very close together creating a powerful portal for change, manifestation, healing and expansion into true purpose and great support for your next step in life, whatever that may be. If you are in the northern hemisphere the expression is external and if you are in the Southern hemisphere the focus is internal. For both, there is a theme of seeking clarity, balance, support and inspiration about the path forward.

A solstice should be celebrated by honoring the past experiences that have contributed to your growth leading to your presence at this time. By honoring the past, you acknowledge your lessons, your wisdom and the choices you have for the future.

This solstice is supported by the Full Moon in Capricorn that invites us to step into a larger container of expression that also comes with greater responsibility. It is a good time for a bid for power that you have been contemplating for a time. This could be around relationships, projects, life choices, internal or external change or simply working with manifesting some of your more important intentions.

It is also a good time to revisit your current responsibilities and restructure them based on new clarity and wisdom that shows you what is yours and what is not. There may be many things on your plate and feeling overwhelmed is something to process, but just remember that spirit never hands you more than you can handle.

Focus either on what you are learning or how these times are stretching your container and making you more powerful. It is always potent and inspiring to think of what you are leaving behind in order to make space for growth, expansion and manifesting something better for yourself.
