Imagine this air and this light moving into your lungs, filling them, mingling with your blood, and flowing throughout your entire body. Exhale slowly and deliberately, as if you are a balloon gently deflating. Inhale again, bringing life force, oxygen, and frequencies beyond your wildest dreams into your system. Exhale slowly and deliberately.
