Bob Unruh – A county in Georgia is being sued for destroying a man’s home while he was in the middle of a renovation project.

The Institute for Justice said the owner, Eric Arnold, tried to convince a demolition crew to hold off, but they refused.

They had been sent by the Macon-Bibb County officials to bulldoze the structure, under the claim that the work was part of a campaign to get rid of “blight.” Continue reading →
