Kate Spreckley – With Saturn moving retrograde yesterday there is a definite shift in the energy, which can feel like a dampening of enthusiasm. Over the next four months we will be urged to deepen into self-mastery and self-discovery. It is not a time to push forward as we are being drawn inward to question, reevaluate, and reconsider our commitments, responsibilities, and where we are placing our attention, focus and energy.
