James Gilliland – I wanted to share my research into the subject of remote influencing and targeted individuals. I want to begin by saying there is technology to target and influence almost everyone on the planet. If you live in the forest or jungle and have not surrendered your DNA you might be one of the fortunate few avoiding this situation.

With today’s scalar wave technology and advancements in satellite surveillance systems almost everyone is being influenced or targeted. There are satellites that can dial in almost everyone any time of the day. There are some people that have fallen victim to targeting experiments and others who are a direct threat to the morally and integrity corrupt system presently being unraveled.
