Today is Not a Day for Answers….
Lorna Bevan – If you are wondering why, when such turmoil and turbulence is happening outside, you feel stuck in some sort of limbo, it’s due to the inner personal planets- Mars then Venus then Mercury– all retrograding in turn between last December to the end of April this year while the slower moving outer collective planets are all direct.
Mars has only just turned forward after 3 months retrograde and this week Venus stations retrograde between March 2-April 12th, shortly to be followed by Mercury-already in his shadow zone- between March 14-April 17th.
The effect is one of 2 steps forward 3 steps back, of confusion, of glitches and road blocks, of people saying one thing and doing quite another. It’s as if there is a slow, continuous drip of cortisol or adrenaline into the collective, a deep, unsettling restlessness, on the one hand, and on the other a collapse into helplessness or hopelessness; an alternation between hypervigilance and shutting down.
The eradication of the distinction between the personal and the political will continue as both Venus and Mercury backtrack between Aries and late Pisces, activating the sensitive Aries Point World Axis 3 times! Then factor in 2 wild card eclipses this month followed by Neptune crossing 0 Aries for the first time in 165 years in late March.
Venus Retrograde
On March 2, Venus starts her 40 days and nights retrograde at 10 degrees Aries travelling backwards until April 13 to 24 degrees Pisces, morphing from Evening Star to Morning Star.
Venus retrograde brings issues to do with your desire nature into focus – your tastes, your money, your relationships, your values, anything or anyone you love. It is about your magnetics – who and what you attract and repel. And it is about the degree of love, empathy, rapport and sponsorship you have for your Self.
Whichever aspect of your life is highlighted in your chart by 10° Aries – 24° Pisces will undergo a stripping back to essentials as Venus morphs from Hesperus the Evening Star to Lucifer the Morning Star.
Think back to the last Venus retrograde in Aries in March/April 2017 to track the thread in your own life.
Caveat: Avoid getting married; starting a new relationship; making major financial transactions; cosmetic surgery or a drastic new look.
During Venus’ Retrograde, look deeper and get curious when you find yourself thinking things such as:
♦ I’ve had enough of …
♦ do I really want to sign up for….?
♦ how can I say no to …?
♦ this friendship is draining….
♦ this relationship has run out of road…
♦ why am I buying stuff I don’t need?
♦ if I stop, things will fall apart….
♦ I don’t even recognize myself or my life on my own Instagram page…..
