God’s Hand on America, One Year Later…Adversity & Progress
Elizabeth Lee Vliet, M.D. – So much has happened in our country since July 13, 2024, a day I am sure all of us remember vividly as we watched in horror when the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump happened on live TV from Butler PA. As President Trump himself said right after that horrific attempt, “God spared my life.” Our country would be a very different and very dangerous place today had not God intervened and nudged President Trump to turn his head slightly at the right nanosecond to avoid a successful kill shot to the head. In this interview, President Trump remembers the Butler assassination attempt 1 year later.
There are a remarkable number of positive changes in our country since God spared Donald J. Trump and the November 2024 election gave us a landslide victory for President Trump’s second administration and a chance to save and restore our Constitutional Republic as one Nation under God. I have summarized many of these in our newsletters since January 20, 2025 and I will continue to do so.
But first I want to urge all our readers to continue to pray for all of those families and first responders who have been devastated by the overwhelming, catastrophic flash floods that hit in Texas most severely, but also hit without warning in New Mexico and central North Carolina.
These unprecedented weather events cost many lives, and billions of dollars in damages across at least four states. Yet, in the midst of such massive tragedy, there were so many stories of heart-warming heroism, communities coming together and helping one another in the spirit that has always been a core aspect of the American character.
The despicable finger-pointers, blame game political opportunists were out in force, but their disgusting insensitive behavior also served to shine even more light on all the caring, compassionate, capable, and focused problem-solving approaches by the hundreds of thousands of people who sent money, prayers, donated supplies, and came forward to volunteer to help in the search, rescue, recovery and rebuilding efforts. The SPIRIT of the true America lives on in the hearts of our people.
In my opinion, there are many unanswered questions about these extreme and clearly unprecedented weather events that caused these once-in-a-thousand years floods in multiple states in the same short span of time. This simply cannot be a coincidence.
If we are to restore trust in our institutions and public officials, they cannot continue to deny the obvious: weather modification and weather warfare programs ARE taking place –and have been since WWII in the US and overseas, and ARE jeopardizing the lives of innocent citizens. We as Americans must push for our government agencies to stop the denials, admit the truth of such programs, expose the public and private groups funding them, and work to stop the assault on our lives and our planet.
Last week also brought new report details of major Secret Service security failures during the attempted assassination on President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, as six agents face suspensions without pay. www.foxnews.com.
The GAO is the U.S. government’s primary auditor. Its nearly year-long probe is the longest review of the attempted assassination to date. Key findings include: Ten days before the event, high-level Secret Service officials were briefed on a classified threat to Trump. “Once those officials reviewed the intelligence, they could have then requested that personnel within their chain of command be briefed on the specific information.”
Officials failed to share this information, leaving federal and local law enforcement entities planning and staffing the event unaware of the active threat, including members of the Donald Trump Protective Division.

In yet another tragic case of vaccine injury and treatment damage, Steve Kirsch, founder of Vaccine Safety Research Foundation (VSRF), an organization that focuses on researching the safety and efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccine program, recently shared in posts on X and his interview with Tess Lawrie that tragically he now suffers permanent blindness in his right eye from taking the “spikopathy” combination blood thinner pill from TWC.
In his interview, Steve states that the TWC pills he took came with “no warning at all” that they are potent blood thinners.
This issue of adverse effects I have brought up many times in the Truth for Health Foundation seminars, Health tips, and Fact Sheets: be careful about adding new over the counter supplements touted to “treat” a serious medical condition unless 1) you have the proper lab tests to see if you even need that supplement, 2) you coordinate with your physician for potential adverse effects or risks for your particular medical conditions, 3) check with health professionals (physicians, pharmacists) for risky interactions between prescription medications and nutraceuticals you want to try.
Most people are not aware that in addition to the “spike detox” products offered that have potent blood-thinning effects, there are more than 14 OTHER COMMON supplements people take that also have anti-coagulant and/or anti-platelet actions. Depending on what Rx meds and other OTC medicines such as aspirin people take, adding a combination blood thinner with bromelain, curcumin, and nattokinase can be dangerous, and lead to tragic bleeding complications for people already suffering from vascular and coagulation damage from the COVID shots.
In follow up news related to our Faith Over Fear program last week, there are these two encouraging developments to protect Medicaid benefits for American citizens: HHS banned undocumented immigrants from accessing taxpayer-funded programs, including community health clinics; and some regional Planned Parenthood affiliates began telling patients they can no longer accept Medicaid.
America is still seeking answers and accountability for all that we endured under the Biden four years with an obvious cognitively impaired, frail old man as POTUS. So I was appalled with the Congressional testimony of Biden’s longtime personal physician, Kevin O’Connor, who refused to answer questions about Biden’s cognitive decline, claiming his right to avoid self-incrimination as he invoked the 5th Amendment. As a physician, I am very aware that Courts have ruled in many situations that doctors CAN testify based on HIPAA protected information when compelled legally to do so, and courts have held in past that criminal investigations and court proceedings can overrule the doctor-patient confidentiality traditions, which don’t carry the same legal protections as say, attorney-client privilege. So the fact that Biden’s doctor refused to answer questions from the Congressional Oversight Committee is particularly alarming.
It is astounding that after four years of shilling for Biden and covering up his obvious severe mental decline, the Washington Post, bastion of biased reporting, finally ran an article from their entire Editorial Board calling for an investigation that should have been started years ago: “Americans deserve an unflinching investigation into Biden’s health.” America DOES deserve “unflinching” answers and accountability for the damage done to this country under a cognitively damaged POTUS, with uncontrolled access to the Presidential autopen to sign Executive orders.
On a more upbeat note, once again there were too many positive developments on the economic, political, legal and medical fronts to list them all here, but I did include a few links in News from Colleagues section of today’s newsletter. Then as I was finishing this newsletter, it was just announced that the DOJ under President Trump has dropped all charges in the prosecution of medical freedom hero Dr. Kirk Moore, who was charged under Biden’s DOJ with interfering with the COVID vaccine mandates in his efforts to protect children from the damage of the experimental gene therapy bioweapons.
FINALLY, AG Pam Bondi took needed action after months of delay to stop this horrible persecution and possible prison sentence for a doctor accused of saving lives! This goes to show the POWER of We The People when we speak up and come together to protest evil. We can and do make a difference.
In closing my comments today, I want to recognize the heroic actions of rookie US Coast Guard rescue swimmer 26 year-old Scott Ruskan, who on his first day of duty July 4th facing the deadly floodwaters sweeping through Camp Mystic in Central Texas, stepped up, calm, steady and focused on his mission—to save lives. In the middle of panic and loss, Ruskan led rescues that saved over 165 people, offering quiet courage in the middle of the storm. Secretary Kristi Noem praises Petty Officer Scott Ruskan’s ‘selfless courage’ during his first rescue mission.
God bless Petty Officer Ruskan and ALL the hundreds of first responders who have tirelessly worked around the clock to save lives, recover the bodies of deceased and clear debris inundating these communities. They all exhibit the spirit and courage of Americans in the face of adversity that has made us a great nation. We can each be inspired by and learn from their examples.
