Jennifer Hoffman – As I’ve been talking about for the last few months, we had a very interesting series of aspects and so much energy focused on our transformational friend Pluto in the last few weeks.

This week begins with the energetic resonance of the Full Moon at 29 Capricorn which just happened on July 21st. Now this was part of an Alpha Omega portal that began on June 21st with the first full moon at one degree of Capricorn.

Why is Capricorn so important now? Because we have had the Capricorn influence since 2008 and within that period the historic US and global Pluto return occurred in 2022. Even though Pluto entered Aquarius in January 2024 it will retrograde into Capricorn in September through mid-November, hitting just that final 29 degree mark, the same degree of this full moon, and then move into Aquarius for good, not to return to Capricorn for 250 years. This is a monumental time.

We are seeing the transition and transformation of the Capricorn paradigm, the corporatocracy, the 3D paradigm of power, control, corruption, competition, deceit, and deception which was brought to our attention in extreme detail since Pluto has been in Capricorn. This is the final countdown of ascension, the final revelation of the true nature of 3D which we need to see so we can do the work of dis-integrating it for a new 5D paradigm, which is what ascension provides.

Since 3D is our paradigm this integration work is not done for us, it is done in partnership with us, we must do the dis-integration work of 3D so we can integrate 5D energy and we are doing this on both the individual and collective levels. It’s a lot of work, I know. It’s tiring and can be depressing, it’s hard to stare evil in the face and bring in the light. But that is where we are and it is what we are doing.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. Much more is happening and don’t worry, it is all supportive of our ascension work and 5D integration. As you know, if you have been following me on facebook, this period is also punctuated with the rare and historic Mars, Uranus, and Algol conjunction at 26 Taurus which happened the week of July 15. This particular aspect has only happened 5 times in 2500 years so yes, it is special. And the Uranus/Algol conjunction continues through May 2025, so it is just starting.

Why is this important to our ascension path? Because Uranus rules Aquarius, a 5D sign and Pluto is going to be there full-time starting late this year. So, we have Pluto holding the energetic space for our 5D transformation as it also winds up its historic stay in Capricorn, which also created the dis-integration of the 3D paradigm, and ushers in the Age of Enlightenment.

That’s not all that has been going on, but it is the highlight of what has certainly been a rather chaotic few weeks and we’ve seen that happening in the collective, and probably in your own life too.

As I was thinking about these events, the thought occurred to me, to go up, you must first go down. While it is our tendency to look up for answers, as in seeking divine guidance and suggestions, our most relevant and helpful answers come from looking down.

This insight reminded me of the time that I went to the Grand Canyon a few months after I moved to Phoenix. Now, I had been to the Grand Canyon many years before with my parents, although I don’t remember too much of that trip. I do remember that it was hot, and my mother took rocks from the canyon even though there were signs everywhere telling people not to do that. I was so afraid she would get caught and get arrested!

I was so excited to be visiting the Grand Canyon again, which I remember as being very beautiful and spectacularly impressive. I was driving around the park, which is a rather big park, looking for the Grand Canyon, and I couldn’t find it. I finally I saw a park Ranger standing by the side of the road. I pulled up and rolled my window down and I said, excuse me, can you point me to the Grand Canyon? And he gave me this rather dumbfounded look because I was there. The Grand Canyon was all around me.

I had forgotten that the Grand Canyon is just a big hole in the ground. Well, it’s a little bit more than that, but it is a big hole in the ground.

I was looking up. I wanted to see some kind of monument or something that stuck up out of the ground. Instead, I had to park my car and walk over to where it was and look down. And of course, the Grand Canyon is very majestic and awe inspiring. It is huge and just the sheer size of it is impressive. The colors are just mesmerizing, and it is not small – it continues as far as you can see.

And also, on that particular trip to the Grand Canyon, I decided I wanted to see the whole thing, so I was going to drive around it. Now, I had not really looked at a map and seen how big it was so I found another park ranger and asked if there was a road that would allow me to drive all the way around the Grand Canyon. Again, I got this very dumbfounded look, he tried hard not to laugh, and said no, there was not, and it would probably take me well over a day to drive all the way around the Grand Canyon, which extends all the way up into the state of Utah.

I decided not to do that and instead, spent the rest of the day enjoying the canyon from where I was.

As I said, to go up, we have to go down. And that is true of every point in this Ascension cycle. With every shift in the energy there comes a time when it feels like everything is falling apart. Everything is going to hell in a hand basket, and we have completely lost control. This appears to be the obvious situation because nothing is working right, and everything is going to pieces. And then it all works out one way or the other but not without transformation. Well, I think we’re in one of those times.

Times of peril call us into our power. We either step up or give up. Our point of power, which I have been writing about for 20 years, is not the time when we have a blessed moment in our journey, it happens in those moments when we are faced with dire circumstances, and we must shift into a new power paradigm. You often hear about people doing extraordinary things in these situations, somehow defying nature to help or rescue others.

We are in one of those moments and this is not the first time. Those of you who have been at this for 20 years or more, like me, have had to act from these new levels of power many times in this ascension cycle.

But how do we step up when the entire foundation of our reality has been shifted? We bring in a new level of potential. The paradigm shift is also an energy shift that is an opening into a new level of potential, or that is its purpose. Our vision of a new potential reality must be expanded so we can see a way out of the chaos and peril, so we can envision a new reality for ourselves and for the world.

We all want the peace, joy, and love that is the opposite of a world of chaos, suffering, greed, and competition. But where do we begin and how does that happen when times of peril reveal a level of deceit and corruption that xx

It’s a time of peril, power, potential, and transformation that happens during big transition times and if this period seems very perilous, it’s only because we are so much more aware now than we were before.

Our awareness is what is allowing us to be aware of a new potential and manage the transformation, but it is a mixed blessing because we are watching the old paradigms being dis-integrated at the same time as new ones are being built up.

Just as the phoenix rises from the ashes, ascension requires endings in exchange for the beginnings. It does not create a new magical paradigm that we step into with grace, ease, and no pain, suffering, loss, or even regret. With ascension some of the old paradigm’s energies are re-arranged as an integration.

For example, our 3D presence remains intact while Ascension re-arranges many of its details via integration. We can experience this as an ending of relationships, a job or career, a move, or a life event that forces us to reconsider our path and choices. You have heard me say many times that ascension is an integration, not a takeover.

It’s easy to see this happening in our own lives and it is also mirrored in the collective. Either way, it’s messy and chaotic but chaos is a byproduct of ascension. When energies are dis-integrated and chaos rules the moment our entire energetic paradigm gets shaken up and then we have to make some changes. Chaos is an invitation to change – a rather direct and insistent invitation but it is still an invitation.

Do we step up or give up because the only way to calm the chaos is to step up, and the only way to step up is to embrace this point of power to open new avenues of potential. Potential (think of its root, potent, which means powerful) is possible with new levels of energy and empowerment, and then transformation can occur because we have forged a new pathway.

Sounds exhausting, doesn’t it. And it is but it is the pathway out of here, going down leads to moving up. No one ever said ascension was going to be easy, at least I never did. I do blame a lot of the confusion and fear today on those people who painted the rosy, unrealistic view of ascension as a trip into unicorn and fairyland, into which the blessed and lucky would be magically transported while the rest of the people had to fend for themselves.

This completely unrealistic and wrong view of ascension has created a lot of turmoil and doubt in people who think that because they are having problems they must be doing ascension the wrong way because it’s supposed to be easy. No, it is not. It is a process of energetic growth, transformation, integration, and expansion and those are rarely easy.

As a reminder to those who revel in the darkness and whose mission is to squash the light, light always overtakes darkness. You can bring light to darkness but you cannot bring darkness to light.

And if you remember from the July 2024 Energy Report, we are in a 6 numerology month, which is the number of descension. Energy has to descend to empower transformation and even create the conditions for chaos because as soon as light hits darkness, the darkness dis-integrates. Then we have chaos and the transformation cycle repeats itself.

Yes we are in a constant state of energy cycles of transformation but that is what ascension involves. It is not a linear path and does not happen with a single event. You engage with ascension every day and in each moment there are many ascension upgrades and elevations happening everywhere in the earth grid and with humanity.

What does this mean? Well, it means more surprises, more energies being tossed around, and more dark energies exposed as more density is being revealed for what it is. As I said, to go up, we must first go down. So we’re going to have to take a look at and deal with these energies as we move along. Same thing we have always done.

And then it’ll be time to move on. But we live in times of peril, which addresses the battle between the dark and light, opportunities to become more empowered look like failure and loss. We have to make tough choices to either stay on the path and work through the perilous times or we get completely off the path.

We have to be able to hold our own energetically to maintain our frequency and vibration no matter what is going on around us and we have to be able to continue to support and encourage others as we are trying to take care of ourselves as well.

But we have help and support and never more so than in the past 4 years and in the coming years, as soon as we get finished with the Pluto in Capricorn cycle which will be ending in December 2024. That is going to help a lot. Meanwhile, we have to get through the times of peril, embrace our point of power, and use that power to align with new potentials so we can create transformation. Then we can put the ascension train in cruise for a little while as we enjoy the scenery and celebrate our efforts and success.
