Jennifer Hoffman – I have noticed a big increase in trolling and negativity in the social media space lately, and while it’s distressing to see how vile some people can be, it is a distraction and another aspect of this ascension cycle. It’s getting crowded on the 4D bridge now, the pathway between 3D and 5D, and it represents a choice that we have to make. Do we stop our forward motion and resume our Martyred Healer roles, waiting for everyone to catch up or do we push forward and continue to create the 5D path that others will eventually follow?

Empaths, energy workers, healers, and people with spiritual inclinations are among the most compassionate, loving beings on earth. And this love and compassion can extend to wanting to help everyone, which is a good thing. Together with our belief that ascension is the path that everyone can, will, and should take, it creates confusion as to where our work should take us and what we are supposed to do on behalf of humanity. Do we stop what we’re doing and help others catch up when we see the crowd on the 4D bridge, or do we leave them to their choices and let them ‘suffer’ while we’re having fun in the 5D playground?
