News And Views From The Nefarium – December 1, 2016 [Video]

Joseph Farrell – This may be the first case of a “you tell me” News and Views in quite a while, because rather than talking about President-elect Trump, or Pizzagate, or any of that, we’re going to be talking about Antarctica and the VERY strange goings on there, this time, with former Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin:

Meanwhile, In Antarctica…

AntarticaJoseph P Farrell – I don’t know about you, but I’m exhausted from the American referendum. And while all the broohaha was going on, there were other stories taking place last week and in the run-up to it, that would be good to review this week. Some of them, as we’ll see, may or may not have something to do with the election, and some of them not.

But somehow, this one, I think, may have something to do with it. Or – as seems more likely – it may have something to do with the strange goings-on in Antarctica over the past few years, or possibly both. Just by way of a brief review of those goings-on, a few years ago there began to be rumors being shared that the Russians had found or discovered something in the large under-ice lake, Lake Vostok, on that continent.

Whatever was going on, the Russians weren’t talking, but there seemed to have been by some accounts a minor flurry of activities there as they were flying planes in and out of the polar continent. Then, of course, we’ve seen the strange stories of sudden illnesses over the years, and of emergency flights having to go down and fetch people and fly them back to civilization for treatment of whatever mysterious illnesses they were suffering. But we never hear any follow up to these, on exactly what these people might have contracted.

Another Human Timeline Revealed

Maseeh Ghani – Graham Hancock is one of the few great pioneers in alternative history. Formerly working as a journalist for the big media companies, he set off on a journey to discover the real truth of our origins. His research is startling, and quite possibly erases the old narrative of history.

There is evidence that the timeline of civilization extends much further back than just ten thousand years ago. The famous ancient monument in Egypt, The Great Sphinx, stands today showing signs of erosion as if water had been running through its walls for many years. This of course means that there had to have been long periods of rainfall in the Sahara Desert at the time it was built, as water must have been touching it long enough to cause the erosion seen on the Sphinx.

There has been almost no rain in the desert for approximately 5,000 years. Was the Sphinx perhaps built at a much earlier time, like right after the Ice Age when the climate was drastically different?

We find other evidence of older civilizations across the world. The Gobleki Tepe is a monument in Turkey which dates back to approximately 11,000 years ago. It remains show a structure consisting of carefully engineered stone tablets and carvings of animals such as lions and gazelles that lived nowhere near Turkey at the time.

NASA Study Showing Massive Ice Growth Debunks UN Claims

antarctica

Alex Newman – Apparently the science surrounding alleged anthropogenic (man-made) global warming (AGW) is not really so settled after all. In a barely noticed statement released last week, NASA dropped the equivalent of a nuclear bomb on the United Nations’ climate-alarmism machine, noting that ice across Antarctica has been growing at break-neck speed for decades. The surging ice growth, of course, directly contradicts the predictions of global-warming alarmists, including a 2013 report by the increasingly discredited UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change claiming, falsely as it turns out, that Antarctica was losing ice at an accelerating rate and causing rising sea levels, all supposedly owing to humanity’s emissions of the “gas of life” CO2.

NASA, an outfit that has been under fire for cranking out politicized and easily discredited warming alarmism in recent years, spoke very diplomatically in its press release. It said only that its new study on Antarctic ice “challenges” the conclusions of the UN IPCC and other outfits that have allegedly studied the issue. In fact, though, the UN warmists and their cheerleaders in the establishment press could not have been more wrong. Rather than melting ice in the southern hemisphere contributing to sea-level rise, as claimed by the UN and its pseudo-scientific climate body, ice in Antarctica is expanding fast and has been for decades — and the surging ice levels are actually causing declines in sea level.
