That Judge Boasberg and his fellow D.C. District Court judges would discuss how a named Defendant in numerous pending lawsuits might respond to an adverse ruling is shocking. Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties. Alito Shreds Roe v Wade to PiecesRusty Weiss – The Supreme Court on Friday overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion at the federal level.

The ruling returns the power to limit, ban, or allow abortion, to the states.

The court overturned the decision 6-3 by upholding Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban.

Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch (R) had argued that both Roe and 1992’s Planned Parenthood v. Casey were “egregiously wrong” and “hopelessly unworkable.”

CourtI’m not sure how I missed this at the time but on February 9th, superlawyer Lin Wood filed a bombshell affidavit under oath in Federal Court, affirming the salacious allegations he has made about both US Supreme Court Chief Justice, John Roberts and former Vice President Mike Pence.

Wood submitted the affidavit in US District Court in Brooklyn, New York as part of his response to a libel case to oust him from litigating his ongoing case on behalf of a California woman against MSNBC presenter, Joy Reid. Continue reading →

RobertsColin Rugg – On Thursday, pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood unleashed on Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, calling for his immediate resignation.

“This may be most important tweet of my life,” Wood started. “Chief Justice John Roberts is corrupt & should resign immediately. Justice Stephen Breyer should also resign immediately. They are “anti-Trumpers” dedicated to preventing public from knowing TRUTH of @realDonaldTrump re-election.”

Wood also questioned whether or not Roberts had visited pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s island.

Chief Justice John RobertsSophie Mann – Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz says Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts “despises Donald Trump,” which accounts for a number of the decisions he had made from the top seat on the high court in recent years.

In an appearance on David Brody’s recently launched show “The Water Cooler,” Senator Cruz, an attorney and author of the new book “One Vote Away: How a Single Supreme Court Seat Can Change History,” told the host that “John Roberts has become the new Sandra Day O’Connor.”

Cruz said he agrees with Vice President Mike Pence, who in an interview last month, told David Brody that Justice Roberts has been a “disappointment to conservatives.” Continue reading →
