Florida Poised to Strip Disney of Self-Governing Status

DisneyThomas Gallatin – Back in the 1960s, when Walt Disney was looking into expanding and building his dream theme park, Florida became the perfect location.

When Disney bought up what was then little other than swampland, he struck a deal with the state to create a self-governing district to be managed by Disney known as the Reedy Creek Improvement District. The 1967 deal exempted Disney from a plethora of taxes and regulations and was instrumental in allowing for the building of Disney World.

Well, following Disney’s recent dustup over Florida’s passage of the Parental Rights in Education law, which Disney, parroting the radical Left, deceptively called the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, Republican lawmakers responded by reviewing Disney’s “independent special district” and considering whether the deal should be rescinded. Child Star Files Lawsuit Against Former Manager Keith Thomas and Disney

disneyTiffany FitzHenry – This has been a very bad month for Disney in what, I predict, will be a very bad year for the behemoth. If the past couple weeks are any indication, it’s conceivable to imagine that by the end of 2020 the downfall of Disney as we know it will come to pass.

If you recall, there are some 90+ accusers who allege Harvey Weinstein either sexually assaulted or out right raped them. It’s taken a little while, but people are starting to wonder, “hey, wait a minute, if everyone knew what Harvey did and this was an open secret, who enabled Harvey Weinstein for all those years?”
