The theme is freedom. We yearn for freedom from being trapped in past emotional fear, regret, disappointment, anger, shame, non-worthiness and more. Observe these emotions coming up as well as the intense desire to move beyond what holds us back.

Alright. Now. Trust is the topic that I want to discuss for this week’s piece of work. The topics that are presented are essentially a kind of a group exercise or a global exercise, if you will, designed step by step to sort of take you to the next level on your spiritual path. So trust issues are up for this week.
