The president sounded very upbeat in the interview and hopeful that Democrats will act soon on border security and end their government shutdown. “We’re doing very well with China. Jim Hoft – President Trump spoke with reporters on Christmas morning in the White House.

The president said he will continue the shutdown until America has wall funding. President Trump also accused Democrats of wanting open borders.

The 45th President also said he will take a trip to the border in early January to inspect the progress being made.

This weekend Judge Jeanine Pirro urged President Trump to keep up the border wall shutdown – “This is your moment in history.”

pirroBizpac Review – Saturday night on Fox News’ “Justice,” Judge Jeanine Pirro began the show with a scathing rebuke of Attorney General Loretta Lynch for not only meeting with Bill Clinton at a Phoenix airport on Tuesday, but once it happened not recusing herself from the investigation for the obvious appearance of impropriety.

After quoting Lynch’s own words saying she “expects to accept” the FBI’s recommendation, Pirro was dubious.

“Did you notice she said she expects to accept. Does accepting their recommendations mean she doesn’t have the right to overrule it? No! She didn’t say I will recuse myself. She didn’t say I’ll stay out of it. She didn’t say I’ll ask for a special prosecutor, an independent counsel. This is all smoke and mirrors folks!”
