Durham Filing Reveals CIA Knew in 2017 ‘Trump-Russia Collusion’ Was Fake

SussmannSean Adl-Tabatabai – Special Counsel John Durham has revealed that the CIA knew Trump-Russia collusion data was completely fabricated in early 2017, but did nothing about it.

According to a new court filing submitted by Durham, the CIA knew that data handed to the FBI by Michael Sussmann supposedly showing a link between Trump and the Russian Alfa Bank was fake. The agency found that the information submitted by the Clinton associate was not “technically plausible,” and it didn’t “withstand technical scrutiny,” and that it was “user-created” – in other words it was fabricated by the Clinton campaign.

Prosecutor unveils smoking gun FBI text message – a ‘joint venture’ to smear Trump

SussmannJohn Solomon – Special Counsel John Durham is revealing new smoking gun evidence, a text message  that shows a Clinton campaign lawyer lied to the FBI, while putting the courts on notice he is prepared to show the effort to smear Donald Trump with now-disproven Russia collusion allegations  was a “conspiracy.”

In a bombshell court filing late Monday night, Durham for the first time suggested Hillary Clinton’s campaign, her researchers and others formed a “joint venture or conspiracy” for the purpose of weaving the collusion story to harm Trump’s election chances and then the start of his presidency. Igor Danchenko Arrested as Part of Durham Investigation

Durham indictmentJonathan Turley – The office of Special Counsel John Durham has confirmed that Igor Danchenko, a key source for British ex-spy Christopher Steele, has been arrested. This is the third arrest by Durham who is moving toward the prosecution stage of his investigation into the origins of the Russian collusion scandal.

Durham is variously described as either painfully methodical or positively glacial as a prosecutor.  But he is widely credited with being a dogged and absolutely apolitical prosecutor. Danchenko’s arrest is a seismic development and confirmed Durham is far from done with his investigation.

Rats Leaving the Ship

SussmanBrooks Agnew – Marc Elias’s recent departure from the Perkins Coie law firm is related to an investigation by special counsel John Durham into the origins of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) surveillance of former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign, Amanda Milius, director of The Plot Against the President, said on Monday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow.

Durham’s investigation led to a grand jury’s indictment of Michael Sussman, another lawyer who also recently resigned from Perkins Coie, for making a false statement to the FBI. Sussman is alleged to have lied about his representation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign when he requested a meeting with the FBI’s general counsel to accuse the Trump Organization of “covert communications” with a Russian bank.
