Brexit Update: Commons Votes Overwhelmingly To Proceed With Brexit

britainJoseph P Farrell – Well in case you haven’t heard, there’s been some grumbling of shocked defeat across the pond in the United Kingdom, where globaloneyist sore losers are trying to pull rabbits out of their increasingly threadbare hats to try to get Great Britain to remain in the European (dis)Union. In Britain they started off calling these “remainers”, which quickly became “remoaners,”  doubtless because the moaning chorus has been led by M. Jean-Claude Juncker (apparently no relation – other than common shared concepts and attitudes – to the Prussian landowners of yesteryear).

Juncker, of course, has about as much warmth and charm as a black mamba and has been moaning ever since the results of the BREXIT referendum. His latest opus of tyranny was to urge European leaders not to allow BREXIT-like referenda in their various countries, because, as he put it in between hisses, if they should do so, everyone would vote to leave the EU, leaving poor M. Juncker to slither back to whatever technocratic paradise that hatched him. Life is so very difficult, and it is so hard to be an unimaginative bureaucratic tyrant these days… moan moan moan.

You may recall that just a few weeks ago, a British court handed down a “defeat” for the BREXITers, ruling that the referendum was non-binding, and that Parliament itself would have to formally vote to invoke article 50 of the Lisbon treaty. Of course, there were discussions and debates about something called the “crown prerogative” and whether or not Mrs. May could invoke it and bypass Parliament, but this discussion, like the British constitution itself, remains obscure, located somewhere between the perukes in the Old Bailey and afternoon tea, and accessible only to the mandarins of the Inner Temple with post-graduate degrees in Advanced Jurisprudential Obscurontology (See Charles Dickens, Bleak House).

Turkey’s Coup Plotters are Members of NATO’s Rapid Deployable Corps

Alexandra Bruce – It’s been revealed that at least 3 of the 5 coupist regiments of the failed coup attempt in Turkey are part of NATO’s Rapid Deployable Corps, according to a detailed report by Christiaan Triebert posted to the open-source, citizen journalist website bellingcat.com.

One of the groups of plotters used a WhatsApp group chat to coordinate its efforts, naming the chat group after the NATO corps’ slogan, “Peace at Home, Peace in the World”. All of this is now a matter of record and it’s been translated into English. In addition, the posts have been cross-referenced with photos posted to social media sites, confirming the exact Turkish Army brigades involved in this part of the failed operation.

Putin Warns That World Is Being Pulled In Irreversible Direction

putinMakia Freeman – The recent Putin WW3 warning dished out by the Russian President to journalists at the end of the International Economic Forum at St. Petersburg was very telling – and urgent. For years, Vladimir Putin has been frustrated by journalists, especially Western journalists, who are not reporting what is really going on in the world, or worse, deliberately spouting propaganda because they are on the payroll of the CIA or US Government (like many embedded journalists in Western Europe, as revealed by Udo Ulfkotte who came clean about the arrangement in 2014).

For years, Putin has made it clear that the writing is on the wall, and that he can very clearly see the direction and purpose of US-NATO actions. These are exactly in line with the Wolfowitz doctrine and Brzezinski principle of isolating, weakening and surrounding Russia so that no other country which could possibly challenge the preeminent American supremacy as the world’s only superpower.

This nefarious US-NATO strategy is patently obvious, yet unfortunately, many people in the world are still unaware of it – and an awakened populace is necessary to stop it.

Putin: Cool Head, Sharp Words

Putin is a very interesting character. Despite being a former member of the Russian KGB, he has a knack for diplomacy and has showed a cool head in several situations where someone else in his place may have rushed to war.  For instance, Putin did a masterful job in August-September 2013 to intervene when Obama was blowing hot air about Bashar Al-Assad, President of Syria.

Trump Is Right To Propose NATO Reassessment

nato Faith Whittlesey (former US Ambassador to Switzerland) – Americans ought to welcome Donald Trump’s willingness to assess critically the many time-sanctioned sacred cows and clichés with which U.S. foreign policy abounds, and to determine anew which, if any, no longer serve our national interests and are even perhaps leading us in the wrong direction. This process, I suggest, is akin to “zero-based budgeting” in fiscal matters, i.e., reevaluating every old line item from point zero – and is a good thing.

The hysterical diatribe in the media against Mr. Trump by self-described “national security leaders” reflecting establishment views is overreactive and misses the point. They appear to fear that a President Trump would conduct a searching reappraisal of U.S. foreign policy that should have occurred after the fall of the Berlin Wall, but never did.
