State of Emergency Declared at Niagara Falls for Solar Eclipse

Niamh Harris – Niagara Falls in Ontario, Canada has declared a state of emergency ahead of the total solar eclipse on April 8 as around a million people are expected to gather in the area to witness the celestial event.
