Once upon a time, we worried about a possible New World Order. A plan to create a One World Government. We read books and watched films that gave us glimpses of what was coming. These days we can feel it is already here, as each day the tales of tyranny come thick and fast.

Big Brother breathes hotly down our necks.

Yet still there is much dis-unity among us, a fragmentation of interests, which leaves us vulnerable to the whims of those who would control us. Going forward, exposing Agenda 21 must be our focus . . .  because there’s a lot more to it than most people realise. Its aim is to replace our current system with (what will be called) a steady state economy. Every single profitable aspect of nature is being priced, in preparation for this system – food, land, water, carbon, the ocean, the atmosphere, soil formation, nutrient cycling, biomass, genetic resources, and, yes, even the tourism value of ‘a nice view’ is being priced – this is but one of many intangibles which are said to have value in the economy, and includes a variety of aesthetic, cultural and spiritual ‘services’ provided by nature.

The Global Alliance of Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities on Climate Change against REDD+ and for Life are living proof of the effects of this system, and proclaim the green economy to be

… nothing more than capitalism of nature; a perverse attempt by corporations, extractive industries and governments to cash in on Creation by privatizing, commodifying, and selling off the Sacred and all forms of life and the sky, including the air we breathe, the water we drink and all the genes, plants, traditional seeds, trees, animals, fish, biological and cultural diversity, ecosystems and traditional knowledge that make life on Earth possible and enjoyable.

… Under the green economy, even the rain, the beauty of a waterfall or a honey bee’s pollen will be reduced to a barcode price tag and sold to the highest bidder. The Direct Link Between Agenda 21 And Local Planners

When the fight started against Agenda 21, those of us working to expose it were largely ignored by the mainstream media and even the established Conservative movement and its media. Too far out there, they said, to be taken seriously.

Then, as more and more Americans began to experience the dire effects of Sustainable Development in their daily lives, suddenly our message began to take hold. Today, thousands of Americans have taken up the fight. And anti-Agenda 21 activists are storming planning meetings, demanding answers. State legislatures and even some county and city governments are passing legislation against it. It seems the Agenda 21 fight is everywhere.

So, now, proponents of the Sustainable Development policy are alarmed and working feverishly to counter our claims that such controls over local development and energy policy have their roots in international policy. In particular, our claims that these planning policies come from the UN’s Agenda 21, that was introduced to the world at the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992.

Their most often used description of Agenda 21 is an “innocuous, 20 year old document that has no enforcement power.” Continuously we hear that local planning programs, especially from such groups like the American Planning Association (APA) have no connection to Agenda 21 or the UN. It’s all local – or as the APA says in its document, Glossary for the Public, “There is no hidden agenda.” In its “Agenda 21: Myths and Facts” document found on the APA website, the group goes to extreme measures to distance itself and its policies from Agenda 21, specifically saying “The American Planning Association has no affiliation regarding any policy goals and recommendations of the UN.”

What You & Your Local Politicians Need To Know

Agenda 21So first I would like to explain to you how real Agenda 21 is. I was nominated and elected to the Republican Platform Committee and states all over the country are writing platforms against it. At first it looks in the words of late author Douglas Adams “Mostly Harmless” . Looking to conserve power, add  bike lanes and a sensible green agenda. But let me tell you what the real agenda is. Its called Communitarianism. This is a direct attack on individual rights and liberties. As many may know i stopped seeing red and blue politics but now look at all politics as Tyranny Vs. Freedom. There are good people of all walks of life. I have done research and read books on the subject and I encourage you to buy and read “ Behind The Green Mask: U. N. Agenda 21” by Liberal author Rosa Koire.

Ok, So what is Agenda 21 and why should I care?

Anywhere you turn in the last 10 years you hear the catch phrases ‘Sustainable Development’ and ‘Smart Growth’ and ‘high density urban mixed use development’. Do you ever wonder where these terms came from? Prior to Ten years ago you never heard of these terms.  Is it just chance that every nation, state, county, city and town are changing their land use planning codes and government policies to align themselves with it? I will let you decide.

Now I want to make it clear I am not against intelligent energy use, alternative energy options, recycle/reuse and rational sensibility to animal life. These issues should be a priority. Its where the global lobbyists influence  comes in where the twilight zone begins.

Bhutan To Be First Country To Go 100% Organic

If there was ever a nation that could see the purpose behind organic, sustainable farming, it would be a nation that is composed mostly of farmers. Such a place does exist, and it soon may be the first nation to go 100% organic, paving the way for others to do the same on a global scale.

The Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan is known for a high level of citizen happiness, but it is doing something even more noteworthy in the near future. With Prime Minister Jigmi Thinley making a major announcement regarding the organic farming project at the Rio+20 Conference on Sustainable Development which took place last month, the move has made national headlines. It’s called the National Organic Policy, and it is fueled by the simple concept that working ‘in harmony with nature’ will yield the most powerful results — all without sacrificing human health or the environment.

What this comes down to is no GMO, no pesticides, no herbicides, no fluoride-based spray products, no Monsanto intrusion at all, and a whole lot of high quality food available for the 700,000 citizens of Bhutan. Food that, at one time, was simply called ‘food’. In the statement to other policy makers, Prime Minister Jigmi Thinley explained the move.

“By working in harmony with nature, they can help sustain the flow of nature’s bounties.”

GMO Giant Monsanto Joins Big Business Coalition For UN Agenda 21

Genetically modified organismCorporate giant Monsanto, known for its controversial business model, lobbying, and its widely criticized genetically modified organisms (GMOs), has officially joined the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, a group of powerful interests including major banks and Big Oil backing the United Nations “Agenda 21” scheme for so-called “sustainable development.” Critics, however, expressed alarm over the announcement, saying the global “sustainability” push is really a transparent plot to centralize power in the UN and enrich special interests at the expense of private property rights, national sovereignty, and individual liberty.

Despite the widespread suspicion and criticism plaguing both Monsanto and the global Big Business alliance pushing the UN’s Agenda 21, the company and the coalition celebrated the move in a recent press release. According to the announcement late last month, the biotech behemoth will be rolling out a “sustainability” course for its employees all over the world. Chairman and CEO Hugh Grant will represent the GMO company as a “Council Member” in the global “sustainable development” coalition.

Even though Monsanto has become probably one of the most controversial companies in the world, it is extraordinarily well connected in the halls of power, and the global business alliance for “sustainable development” celebrated the firm’s decision to sign up. “In joining the WBCSD, Monsanto is taking an important step along a continuum towards developing a more sustainable agriculture system — one that improves our daily lives, respects our global environment and recognizes the importance of the world’s small-holder farmers,” claimed council President Peter Bakker in a statement posted on the group’s website.

Farming and global agriculture must change, the WBCSD continued. “We must find new ways to protect soils, enhance ecosystems and optimize land use in ways that are environmentally sound,” Bakker added in the press release. “And we must move towards a future vision for agriculture where absolutes become as out of place as a one-size-fits-all approach to farming.”

Indeed, the WBCSD’s website is rather candid about its aims and its “One World vision,” explicitly touting the UN Agenda 21 and its radical plan for transforming human civilization. “The One World vision is the ultimate stage of a conceptual evolution that started decades ago,” the council notes on its site. “This evolution produced several paradigm shifts that combine how we comprehend our world, and, as a result, how we try to deal with it.”
