Are You Vitamin T (Touch) Deficient?

touchDr. Judith Orloff – Are you receiving enough touch or “Vitamin T” as I call it? Are you craving touch and genuine connections, but not getting the level you are used to or would prefer?

Many of my empath and other patients are feeling a depletion of Vitamin T, especially this past year due to the many pandemic restrictions. Our regular sources of touch may have been taken away — hugging friends, a coworker’s pat on the back, getting massages and body work. Also, you might not be able to visit friends and family during this time.
