– The FBI has denied lawyer Ty Clevenger’s request to obtain documents related to Hillary Clinton’s email probe in late August.
The bureau said in rejecting an open-records request there was a “lack of public interest” in the documents on the former US presidential candidate.
On Thursday attorney Ty Clevenger joined Tucker Carlson to discuss the developing FBI scandal.

Carlson’s show, appropriately called “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” replaced Kelly in early January after she announced she was leaving for NBC. In the two weeks that Carlson has had the 9pm time slot, he is beating Kelly’s performance by 95% in the key 25-54 news demo and up 46% across all demographic groups. Without the drag of Kelly’s show at 9pm, Carlson has raised viewership of the entire Fox evening lineup by 37%.
