Staying in shape mentally is as important as staying in shape physically 

e-counselingIt’s as important to stay in shape mentally as it is to stay in shape physically. Despite knowing this, we often fail to pay attention on our mental health until things get out of control.

We’re all aware that it’s possible to take care of our physical health by staying active, eating well and by doing the right kind of exercise. But as far as  mental health is concerned, we put very little focus on the choices we make concerning mental health. Fortunately some good options still exist. Continue reading
