Air Force Veteran Tears Into Paul Ryan For Defending Violent Antifa

antifaJoshua Caplan – The Conservative media closest to the grassroots have been covering the violent acts of Antifa for months. After this weekend at Berkeley, even the likes of MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough can no longer ignore how violent Antifa is towards Trump supporters, mainstream media reporters and police.

Is the tide turning? An Air Force veteran hopes such is the case, but wants to make sure Speaker Paul Ryan knows that his support of the group will not be soon forgotten.

Paul Joseph Watson of Infowars reports:

Two days after the violence in Charlottesville, Ryan posted a Facebook update in which he lashed out at Donald Trump for saying that both sides were responsible for violent unrest.

“There are no sides,” wrote Ryan. “There is no other argument. We will not tolerate this hateful ideology in our society.” Continue reading →

Charlottesville Is Biggest ‘Fake News’ of Summer

David Horowitz – The tragedy in Charlottesville could have been an occasion to stop and consider how the tolerance for politically correct violence and politically correct hatred is leading the nation towards civil war.

Instead the media and the political left have turned this incident into the biggest fake news story of the summer, transforming its real lessons into a morality play that justifies war against the political right, and against white people generally.

The organizers of the “Unite the Right” demonstration in Charlottesville were repellent racists.

But they came to defend a historic monument honoring a complex man and cause, and not to attack it or presumably anyone else.

They applied for a permit and were denied. They re-applied successfully in a petition supported by the local ACLU.

If they had come to precipitate violence, why would they have gone to the tedious trouble of applying for a permit? Continue reading →

Ukraine Merges Nazis and Islamists

Robert Parry – In a curiously upbeat account, The New York Times reports that Islamic militants have joined with Ukraine’s far-right and neo-Nazi battalions to fight ethnic Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine. It appears that no combination of violent extremists is too wretched to celebrate as long as they’re killing Russ-kies.

The article by Andrew E. Kramer reports that there are now three Islamic battalions “deployed to the hottest zones,” such as around the port city of Mariupol. One of the battalions is headed by a former Chechen warlord who goes by the name “Muslim,” Kramer wrote, adding:

“The Chechen commands the Sheikh Mansur group, named for an 18th-century Chechen resistance figure. It is subordinate to the nationalist Right Sector, a Ukrainian militia. … Right Sector … formed during last year’s street protests in Kiev from a half-dozen fringe Ukrainian nationalist groups like White Hammer and the Trident of Stepan Bandera.
