A Black Lives Matter leader is headed to prison

BLM activistRight News Wire – Black Lives Matter is crumbling.

The radical left-wing organization is under intense scrutiny and its leaders are finally being exposed for the frauds they really are.

And now, one of the organization’s leaders is headed to prison for this shocking crime.

Pamela Moses, a 44-year-old activist who founded the Memphis chapter of BLM, was sentenced to six years in prison for voter fraud.

In 2015, Moses pleaded guilty to multiple felonies (tampering with evidence and forgery), and multiple misdemeanors (perjury, stalking, theft under $500, and escape).

She received seven years probation and had her right to vote terminated because of the tampering with evidence charge.

Yet, Moses still tried to vote in 2019.

She claims that she relied on the election commission clearing her to register to vote despite her felony conviction.

Moses said in an interview:

“I relied on the election commission because those are the people who are supposed to know what you’re supposed to do…And I found out that they didn’t know.”

Unfortunately for Moses, ignorance of the law is not a defense in such matters.

Also, the judge in her case concluded that Moses lied to the election commission.
Criminal Court Judge W. Mark Ward said to Moses, “You tricked the probation department into giving you documents saying you were off probation.”

Moses is appealing the sentencing, but she still faces an uphill battle.

This is a clear-cut case of voter fraud that the Democrats claim never happens.

Conversely, they’re calling Moses a victim of voter suppression.

A convicted felon who illegally votes in an election and gets caught did not have her vote suppressed.
BLM, the organization, has come under intense scrutiny lately.

The founding members, who were avowed “trained Marxists,” resigned from leadership roles after getting busted spending millions of dollars on real estate.

California recently chastised the group for not disclosing where funds donated to the group are going.

Local BLM chapters have criticized the national organization for hoarding money.

Also, public support for the group has fallen precipitously in the wake of the 2020 riots that stretched on for months.

All of the goodwill the group gained after the death of George Floyd has been lost due to many instances of malfeasance.

Moses’s conviction in Memphis is just the latest misstep from the group.

A lot of well-intentioned people were duped into supporting a far-left radical organization that took their money, funded various Democratic campaigns, and bought multi-million-dollar houses.

The Democrats are probably going to need a new front group to fundraise and activate voters.
