Brianna & Cesar Castro [Peace Corps Volunteers]Capturing our life and work as Peace Corps volunteers in Colombia. We live in Tubará, a rural town with a population of around 2,500 people. Tubará is located up in the hills over the Caribbean coast of Colombia. We are the first Peace Corps volunteers here in over 40 years and are building our programs from scratch. Our primary focuses are building an English program in the public schools and community development projects.
