Clear congestion in minutes

congestionSteve Kroening, ND – Every winter, Ann suffers from sinus and lung congestion. No matter what she does, it won’t go away. Her doctors tell her to take antihistamines, but they just make her drowsy. And they don’t help much.

She’s tried sinus sprays, nutrients, and even homeopathic nasal sprays. Nothing worked – until she tried this baking soda cure.

In just 10 minutes, her breathing cleared up. No more raspy voice. No more wheezing. And no more sinus headaches.

Ann had heard that baking soda was good for a lot of things. In fact, she had used it for her digestion and found that it worked great.

So I suggested she take 10 ounces of boiling water, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to it, stir until it’s completely dissolved, and let it cool. Then, take a tablespoon or two of the mixture and add it to a nebulizer.

The nebulizer turns the water and baking soda solution into tiny bubbles. When you breath it in, it takes those baking soda bubbles straight into your sinuses and lungs where it begins to work.

As the baking soda gets into your mucus membranes, it raises the pH of the tissue. It turns an acidic environment alkaline. And when that happens, the body slows down its production of mucus. You can begin to eliminate the mucus that’s already formed. And before long, your mucus problems are history.

Mucus loves an acidic environment. So the more you can alkalinize your body, the less mucus you’ll produce.

Using the nebulizer to move baking soda directly into your mucus-producing tissues reduces the amount of congestion you’ll feel in your sinuses and lungs.

Ann tried the treatment and found it cleared her congestion within minutes. When the congestion returns, she does the treatment again, and it works just as well. Others find it takes a few treatments to get rid of the congestion. But it works!

After you make a batch of the solution, store it in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Try to use it within a week. Since a box of baking soda costs about 75 cents, this treatment costs just pennies. So give it a try and let me know how it works for you.

One final note: Some doctors recommend using 2 teaspoons of baking soda in ½ cup of water. This is fine for very short-term use. But it can over-alkalinize the body. So I don’t recommend using this much on a regular basis.
