Alright. This week I want to talk about Cosmic Acceleration because everything is shifting into high gear. Everything is going to be happening much more rapidly, even the nervous system has to adjust to a new pace. Some nervous systems are going to have a little bit of trouble shifting into higher gear.

But if you focus upon it in terms of a frequency and just ask your consciousness to match the cosmic frequency then you should be able to adjust quite nicely. So “Consciousness match cosmic frequency.”

And then maybe a deep breath or just noticing suddenly the body is much more awake and much more alive. So we have been working with increasing chi on purpose and creating kind of a strong warrior-like energy field. And now what we want to do is match the cosmic frequency.
