Democrats Sue Woman for Watching Unsecure Ballot Drop Boxes

Crooked Hillary Clinton’s lawyer Marc Elias is suing an Arizona woman named Melody Jennings, Crooked Hillary’s Lawyer Sues Woman for Watching Unsecure Ballot Drop Boxesto stop her from organizing watch parties that monitor unsecured ballot drop boxes. Elias, you probably remember, was a central figure in Crooked Hillary’s fabricated Russia collusion hoax against Donald Trump.

Melody Jennings is just a concerned private citizen who is trying to help secure our elections and save America from any more stolen elections like we saw in 2020 and 2022. Now she suddenly has the full weight of the Democrat Party and probably the Justice Department moving to crush her.

We all had some good reasons to be despondent after the 2020 election. The office was stolen from President Trump. Then, every institution that could have done something to overturn the stolen election failed us. Even when Americans protested on January 6th, it was turned around on us and many of our friends and neighbors were branded as domestic terrorists and financially destroyed by the Justice Department.

Republican state legislatures watched all of this and have spent the past two years doing virtually nothing to improve our election security. I can only think of three Republican Members of Congress who are willing to say out loud that they believe the 2020 election was stolen. At the state level, elected Republicans are even more cowardly. If they won’t admit that a problem even exists, they won’t do anything to fix it.

Even worse, they hate Donald Trump with a seething, unfathomable passion, because he exposes them for what total failures they are. They hate him because next to Donald Trump (So much winning!), they appear like weak, ineffective, impotent little losers whose wives spent the honeymoon crying in shame and disappointment over the drastic mistake they’ve just made.

So, almost nothing has been done in the past two-plus years to ban mail-in voting or unsecured ballot drop boxes that are paid for by Mark Zuckerberg. It’s truly awful.

Melody Jennings, however, came up with a great idea right before the 2022 midterms. She just threw an idea out there on social media, and it went viral. Her idea: What if we have ballot drop box watch parties, sort of like a tailgate party at a football game?

The idea took off like wildfire. Before she knew it, she was helping groups of people through social media to organize drop box parties in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan and other states where the 2020 election was stolen.

It was awesome. Patriots were volunteering their time and getting together to watch the drop boxes 24 hours a day – with their phones in hand – in order to prevent the sort of illegal ballot stuffing that was highlighted in the film “2,000 Mules.”

It was a grassroots effort. Republican voters were even holding drop box watch parties in places like Spokane, Washington, all because of Melody Jennings’ idea. Melody gave everyone a proactive thing that anyone with enough free time could do, in order to help secure our elections. If our elected officials won’t protect the elections, we’ll just do it ourselves.

And you know what? I think it worked.

The Democrat Party had to totally switch tactics in Maricopa County, Arizona this year. At the last minute, they staged their big synchronized “printer malfunction” operation because they had been unable to stuff enough ballot boxes. They couldn’t just slowly count the fabricated drop box ballots to steal the election from Kari Lake and Blake Masters. They had to use a totally different system on the fly, because the mules were unwilling to commit an election felony with a group of patriots sitting there watching the drop boxes.

So, here comes fatty-fatty-two-by-four and Russia collusion fabulist Marc Elias, and he is suing Melody Jennings. Melody doesn’t run some big 501c3 organization. She’s not part of the Arizona Republican Party or anything else. She’s just one person who came up with a great idea, and now she’s being sued in the Arizona Supreme Court.

Elias’s argument is that it is “illegal” for citizens to sit in a public place and watch a drop box. Seriously. That’s his argument. Our elections are so “safe and secure” that Democrats don’t want citizen patriots watching any part of the process.

Unfortunately, we don’t know that the Arizona Supreme Court will recognize this as a clear First Amendment case in favor of Melody Jennings. We have an absolute right to watch unsecured drop boxes in public places if we want to, because we are thereby petitioning the government for a redress of our grievances over stolen elections. Fortunately, True the Vote has come alongside Melody and is providing financial and legal support for the case, because again – she had no backup for this. She’s just a private citizen. We’ll keep you posted about this case when anything new comes.
