The Horn News – House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. and Democratic lawmakers are rushing to form an impeachment inquiry on President Donald Trump.
After a government whistleblower claimed last month that Trump violated the law when he asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy about alleged corruption involving former Vice President Joe Biden, the media has whipped itself into a frenzy.
But this explosive discovery is proof the House impeachment inquiry is politically motivated — and doomed to fail.
According to Fox News’ Jesse Watters, a 1999 treaty between the United States and Ukraine completely exonerates Trump — and the evidence is so solid, even liberal co-host Juan Williams said, “OK, you win — I give up!!”
The document Watters found is the “Treaty With Ukraine On Mutual Legal Assistance In Criminal Matters” — right in the files of Congress.
Simply put, it’s a legal deal that legally allows U.S. authorities to ask for help from Ukrainian government officials on criminal investigations into American citizens.
Remember, Joe Biden isn’t in public office.
He’s a private U.S. citizen, just like the rest of us.
And the treaty legally allows Trump to ask the Ukrainian president for an investigation into a U.S. citizen regarding corruption allegations — like Joe Biden!
That makes Trump’s phone call perfectly, 100 percent legal — and there’s nothing the Democrats can do about it.
In fact, the treaty was signed into law by none other than former President Bill Clinton.
“I have found, from 1999 to 2000, a treaty with Ukraine signed by Bill Clinton,” Watters said. “On mutual legal assistance and criminal matters which, basically, establishes a range of cooperation between the two governments of Ukraine and the United States about making testimony available, making people available, making documents and records available and assisting in the cooperation of mutual criminal matters.”
Biden isn’t immune just because he’s running for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, Watters pointed out.
If he was, that would make everyone criminal immune if they claim to be running for public office.

The legal document can be found right on Congress’ website — readily available to every single U.S. citizen and lawmaker.
