Kate Spreckley – As we move towards the closing of the Lion’s Gate we continue to process and integrate huge amounts of incoming cosmic light. This energy is activating our consciousness and pressing us to choose to expand beyond the wounds of the past and into the light of wholeness.

We are reaching an intense point of integration that is testing our resolve but also giving us the push we need to follow through on the changes that are being demanded.

You are not your past and nor can you be defined by old wounds. However, it is important to remember that your wounds have karmic origins and as such have created a living experience for your soul to heal, grow and evolve.

You have the opportunity now to integrate what you have lived through and thus expand into a deeper expression of your soul. As you move through the energy of rebirth you are urged to push through any resistance and commit towards what is most meaningful.
