G. McConway – Things are starting to get interesting between Ron DeSantis and the migrants he was so nice to fly to paradise.

A hack attorney is now involved, filing a case against DeSantis on behalf of the migrants.

Suddenly, the migrants are distraught for being deceived and sent somewhere they had no idea where they were going.

The only problem for the plaintiff is that DeSantis’ office says it has waivers signed by every one of them.

Well, if you saw the pictures of the migrants when they arrived on the island, they seemed pretty happy.

Then an attorney saddles up to them and tells them they need to act distraught and deceived so he can say bad things about the nasty governor from Florida.

They don’t know any better, so they do exactly that.

Next thing you know, a class action lawsuit is filed by a bunch of people that should not even be in this country in the first place.

After the suit was filed, DeSantis spokesperson Taryn Fenske stated, “If these activists spent even a fraction of this time and effort at the border, perhaps some accountability would be brought to the Biden Administration’s reckless border policies that entice illegal immigrants to make dangerous and often lethal journeys through Central America and put their lives in the hands of cartels and Coyotes.”

DeSantis’ office also provided the waivers that were signed, available in both English and Spanish, that read, “I agree to hold the benefactor or its designed representatives harmless of all liability arising out of or in any way relating to any injuries and damages that may occur during the agreed transport to locations outside of Texas until the final destination in Massachusetts.”

Ivan Espinoza-Madrigal, executive director of Lawyers for Civil Rights, the hack that is filing the suit on behalf of the illegal immigrants, stated, “No human being should be used as a political pawn.”

He said the migrants were told they were going to Boston or New York and were promised, wait for it, $10 gift certificates for McDonald’s.

This is a political stunt, period, and it is shameless.
