David R. Hamilton, PhD – Today starts Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK. The theme this year is movement, so I thought I’d say a few words about movement today.
Movement can be almost anything. You don’t necessarily need to get out jogging, although that’s a great form of exercise (I went for a run at lunchtime today). Walking up stairs in a home counts, as does getting up several times to make tea or go pee. It’s the movement vs sitting still that matters. Continue reading
