GA Court of Appeals Grants Trump’s Appeal in 2020 Election Case

GA Court of Appeals Grants Trump's Appeal in 2020 Election CaseSteven Richards – The Georgia Court of Appeals announced Wednesday that it will hear former President Donald Trump’s appeal of an upper court judge’s decision to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in her 2020 election case against Trump and co-defendants.

“Upon consideration of the Application for Interlocutory Appeal, it is ordered that it be hereby granted,” the order reads.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, who is presiding over Willis’ case that Trump and the co-defendants tired to change the result of the 2020 election, ruled earlier this year that Willis did not have to step down, despite having had an romantic and financial relationship with her principal deputy on the case, Nathan Wade, which raised concerns of impropriety and unethical conduct.

McAfee ruled that either Wade or Willis would have to step down from the case and Wade complied with the order.

Trump and his co-defendants immediately moved to appeal his decision, which McAfee granted.

Now that the appeals court has taken up the case, it is likely the trial will face further delays as the 2024 election fast approaches.

  1. Was the election in 2020 stolen or not? That is the question that was supposed to be answered in the halls of our Congress on January 6, 2021. But, the deliberations were interrupted within seconds of the first contested state (Arizona) was called. After the insurrection was stopped the Congress reconvened and quickly voted to stop all deliberation. They just voted to install Biden as our President. Thus, the answer to the question of the election theft disappeared and was never answered. To cover up the story Trump was impeached for creating the riot.

In Georgia the game plan was to accuse the people who claimed the election was stolen of lying. Of course proof will be required by the defendants to show they were not lying because they held strong proof the election was, in fact, stolen to justify their actions.

I have been anxiously waiting for all of this to become public and Georgia’s DA has said the proceedings will be on television. This will all be seen by the public and both sides will be heard. So, was Trump right to challenge the election or not? What did he know? Did he actually try to mislead us or did he have solid proof of election fraud. The truth is we still do not know the answers because the facts have not made it into the courts.

If the case in Georgia gets tossed out, we will again lose the truth. This does not benefit President Trump if he is correct in his claim that the election was stolen from him. At every rally he states clearly the election was stolen from him. But the other side just says he is lying. But is he?

This all actually points back to something very interesting to me. If we look at the reality of the insurrection on Jan. 6th, 2021, who benefitted and who was damaged? Trump lost and Biden won. That is the bottom line. But what possible reason would Trump have to call for the insurrection? It was the opposite of what he wanted, but that is what he is being accused of doing. The Democrats claim he instructed his minions to stop the very Congressional proceeding that was going to allow for the proof of election fraud to be presented. Now, to me, this makes absolutely no sense. None of the cases against Trump make any sense because they are all aimed at taking out of a position to prove the election was, in fact, stolen from him.

All I want is the truth. Which takes me full circle back to my first sentence. Was the election in 2020 stolen or not? I think America needs to know the truth.
