Keep Asking Questions About Seth Rich

Conservative Zone – Seth Rich, the DNC staffer who was found murdered after reportedly sharing information about the Hillary Clinton campaign to Wikileaks, recently experienced an uptick in popularity after new evidence surfaced in the case.

Unlike the story that many liberal news outlets ran with, Mr. Rich was actively corresponding with Wikileaks, although the nature of the communications remains undisclosed at present. Still, it is hard to imagine why a disgruntled Clinton insider would be talking with a site that specialized in outing government malfeasance for any reason other than to out malfeasance.

Democrats are still trying to present a counter-narrative – that Rich was the victim of an unfortunate and random botched robbery attempt.

The game that Democrats are playing is to present Mr. Rich’s association with Wikileaks as a conspiracy theory. Any thinking person, they say, should definitely accept the story line that Mr. Rich was the victim of a botched robbery attempt – after all, robberies happen much more often than political espionage with a website that is treasonous to the United States.

However, if one considers Seth Rich’s lifestyle, one quickly finds that neither his location, his associations nor his behavior patterns indicate that he should have been anywhere near a robbery. His laptop was, however, engaged in communications with Wikileaks – this is a fact.

The circumstances of his death: He was shot while walking in his affluent Washington D.C. neighborhood at 4 in the morning, a neighborhood with a virtually non-existent crime rate. Nothing was taken from him, lending much less credence to the theory of a robbery attempt.

In short, when speaking of Mr. Rich, it is actually more likely that he was murdered by Clinton associates than by a random mugger. There have been other people close to Hillary Clinton who have met an untimely end, with tenuous stories quickly made up as an alibi in those cases as well.

Vince Foster was a Clinton associate of an earlier era who also found himself in possession of information potentially harmful to the Clinton political machine, and found dead under “interesting” circumstances.

John Podesta, the unfortunate and disgraced Clinton associate (with proven business ties to Russia, by the way) who was the victim of the Wikileaks hacks, stated publicly that he wanted to “make an example” of those who were giving information about the campaign to Wikileaks.

Despite the alarming evidence to the contrary, the liberal media is claiming victory in the Seth Rich narrative. They are taking the party line that Republicans were unable to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Clinton had anything to do with the death of Mr. Rich.

Although there is also no evidence that Mr. Rich was shot by a random mugger either, they are running with this theory as correct. Many conservative outlets stopped running the story, save a few of the most diligent and hard-working right-wing new sources. Fox News is under pressure to apologize to the family of Mr. Rich because of its assertion that he was in contact with Wikileaks before his untimely death.

Let’s be clear: Even though the Clinton machine is not at the top of the Democratic hierarchy anymore, its insidious influence still has plenty of power over rank-and-file liberals. After all, they have more than half of $1 billion in stolen funds from Haiti just waiting to be spent on God knows what.

Conservative outlets that are out of reach of the Clinton machine have a responsibility to protect those who cannot speak out further on this issue. Those without power, both liberals and conservatives, should not be faulted for trying to protect their lives from Clinton thugs. However, those with the power to speak can be blamed for defaulting on the truth before any hard evidence has come out on the death of Mr. Rich.

Giving up on the story is also a relatively bad political move. The weighty Russian cloud over the head of President Trump shows just how effective even unsubstantiated claims of wrongdoing can be in politics. In the case of Hillary Clinton, these claims may actually have some merit. How much more effective would it be for the Republican Party to hit one of the top Democrats with a real crime?

We all owe it to ourselves and our principles to look more closely into Seth Rich’s murder. Although he was opposed to us in theory while alive, he may actually end up being one of our greatest allies in death.
