The Single Question To Be Answered

selfVeronica – For those incarnate the single question to be answered is often “Who am I?”

The distractions created by all can derail the path to the answer. Just attempting to survive in the physical can lead one  on a merry chase. Often it is not so merry.

Perhaps stop darting from one dramatic to another. Perhaps feel into what your heart does when faced with events than unfold too rapidly. The desire to keep up with others who may not have your best interest in mind should be reconsidered.

Those who we speak with often request a formula/pattern to follow that alleviates the stress in self discovery. Most know internally that they are off their path, but are unable to get back into their soul energy flow.

So here is a guideline to consider when you are searching. Stop for a moment to consider what is said. There is always hope of self discovery when one lives a physical life.

First: Look backwards into the decisions and choices made when perhaps your thoughts were not so clear. Many stumble, falling into dramatics that leaves them feeling incredibly judgmental of themselves. Not all the details of life scenarios are positive. Dwelling on the negativity does not advance the soul. However, recognizing the negativity, while choosing to glean the lesson, adds opportunity for growth.

Choose to find the glimmer of positiveness in everything. Even a negative experience can create a self awareness that is valuable.

Second: Look forward to probable creations with enthusiasm. Decide to focus right now on what you would wish to create. Trim off any negative past doubt with the freshness your future deserves.

Often self judgment blinds the incarnate to their magnificent inner core. Decide to move forward with confidence that who you are will present itself. Brush away the past, center in the present, while moving forward.

Third: Look around your created reality. If it’s not supporting your path to discovery, then make alterations. Follow your heart even when it might be difficult.

Allow your inner reflection to shine upon those who surround you. The brightness will help and heal others.

Those who cannot tolerate the brightness will fall naturally away. Decide not to cling to old created patterns. Let them recede, while you look around at the positiveness within your grasp.

Fourth: Look within. Discover all of your abilities. There may be items that have been buried for awhile. The whisperings of their beauty are poised to emerge with all the force you wish to muster. Often things get tucked away. It is permissible to dust them off while remembering their relationship with you.

Who am I?

Look back.

Look forward.

Look around.

Look within now in this moment.

It’s all there.”
