Catherine Frompovich – If readers aren’t aware already, hopefully, this article will get you thinking, talking and commenting about the proposed rulemaking the CDC wants to implement, which will take away an individual’s basic human rights, plus the right to Informed Consent regarding healthcare, violate your constitutional rights and even quarantine you if CDC thinks you are sick and need to be vaccinated!
Since I’ve been a consumer health researcher since the late 1970s when I worked on earning my degrees in natural nutrition and holistic health sciences, and then focused seriously on vaccine adverse events in the 1980s when doctors I knew and worked with started seeing children whose parents said their kids were fine until they were vaccinated, I’ve been tracking the unbelievable rise in both mandated vaccine schedules and the parallel track of adverse vaccine events that, coincidentally, some (about one to ten percent only are reported by physicians or parents) are documented on the CDC’s VAERS reporting system.
In recent years, the confirmed fraudulent science in the CDC, FDA and Big Pharma science have been uncovered, reported and parents, especially, are now refusing to have their children poisoned by toxic vaccines with resultant life-long health damages—so are other savvy healthcare consumers who have done their homework on vaccines.
That has led to many problems for federal and state ‘authorities’, so now the CDC wants to implement an ‘end run’ around vaccines using quarantines for those they consider sick, and whom they also redefine as sick in the proposed rulemaking, which I discuss along with Dr Rima Laibow, MD, Medical Director of the Natural Solutions Foundation, Ralph Fucetola, JD, Legal Counsel for the NSF, and Larry Becraft, Esq., attorney extraordinaire in such matters, in this just under two-hour video that you, hopefully, will listen to in order to understand what’s really at stake!
Now that you’ve heard and understand what’s going on, do you like it? Are you in agreement with the CDC’s plans to control your life, health and access to healthcare in such a totalitarian manner?
If not, then now is the time to send your comment to the CDC to tell them what you think. However, you must do that by Friday, October 14, 2016 and you must make that comment using the CDC’s website for that comment available HERE.

Only a few days remain to post a comment on the proposed rule. Deadline is October 14th. Here’s some of what I wrote, to help others formulate their thoughts, if you’ll permit it, Gillian. Bits of the original article from Frompovich are included for context.
“Representative/Senator ____, I want to be sure you are aware of a serious overreach of authority being proposed by the Center for Disease Control.
“CDC proposes several changes as part of their new rulemaking.

The CDC is changing the definition of an ill person to include someone who displays or experiences the following:
Fever: 100.4 F or 38C or greater
Skin rash: multiple red bumps, spots, blisters filled with fluid or pus
Difficulty breathing: gasping for air; can’t catch breath; breathing too fast and shallow [does that automatically include asthmatics?]
Persistent cough: coughs enough to catch the attention of crewmember [on any means of public transportation]
Decreased consciousness or confusion
Bruising or bleeding
Persistent diarrhea
Persistent vomiting
Headache with stiff neck [suggesting meningitis]
When apprehended and taken into custody, you will be forced to be treated medically [including vaccinations!] and if you refuse, the fines range from $100,000 to $500,000 depending upon circumstances. Additionally, you will be charged for treatment, including room and board costs.
If, or when you are released, there will be two types of release:
Conditional release
Electronic or Internet-based monitoring
Furthermore, with technology’s current penchant for genetically modifying organisms—including diseases as ‘weapons of war’, who is to say that with the new rulemaking, as in-depth and comprehensive as it is, the CDC isn’t setting itself up to be “judge, jury and executioner” regarding all health matters in the USA—regardless of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, plus individual states Constitutional rights.”
Representative/Senator, this should disturb you as much as it does me and other rational people. What justification exists for such deep, penetrating and wide-ranging intrusion into personal health? The usual excuses are threats to safety, security, prevention of pandemic and mass panic, etc etc. The hidden reality is that if we had decent, affordable and reliable health care in the United States, such illnesses described above would be treated swiftly, humanely and appropriately. Instead, minor illnesses are allowed to fester and worsen. Let’s not forget, sick people are profitable whereas healthy people are not profitable. I see where this is going. Keep ’em sick and weak and they’re easy to control. Right?

As for me, I hereby categorically and completely withdrawn any and all consent from such state, federal and governmental overreach.
