Are You Stressed Out?

stressIn physical life there can often be stressful moments that can undermine the ability to make good choices. There are basically two two types of stress that can create difficulty. The first being mental stress and the second being emotional stress.

Both can create chaos in the most advanced incarnate soul.

There are a multitude of ways to manage stress. However, an approach to circumvent stress before it descends into the form is most likely more effective. Once stress has taken over the biology, it is indeed difficult to release.

It would require a calmness and clear thinking to keep others at bay, Often others create the tension while deciding it would be a good idea to share it with you. All defenses wither when one is caught off guard.

A deliberate thought process is needed to enable one to enable one to see consequences resulting from your actions and reactions. Blindly winging forward without clear thought, can only create more difficulty.

Decide to be more observant while moving through your day.

Stress (biology)

Physiological or biological stress is an organism’s response to a stressor such as an environmental condition or a stimulus. Stress is a body’s method of reacting to a challenge. According to the stressful event, the body’s way to respond to stress is by sympathetic nervous system activation which results in the fight-or-flight response. Because the body cannot keep this state for long periods of time, the parasympathetic system returns the body’s physiological conditions to normal (homeostasis). In humans, stress typically describes a negative condition or a positive condition that can have an impact on a person’s mental and physical well-being. (Source Wiki)
