You’re Going to Have to Choose

universal lawJames Gilliland – It is now increasingly obvious even to the most socially engineered critical thinking and research impaired that not just  America, the whole world is in trouble. The take down America plan fueled by the CCP and the global elite carried out by corrupt politicians is in full swing. The lame stream news is in full compliance.

The Constitution and your Bill of Rights are like toilet paper to the tyrants, a cog in their wheel on the path to total enslavement, world dominance and the removal of about 80% of the global population. Keep them sic, poor and stupid is a plan in which they so arrogantly boast. What is sad is so many are participating in their own enslavement and eventual demise. This is not unfolding without opposition. People are waking up to this Kabuki Theater globally.

Why Americans Shouldn’t Respect Offices or Laws

constitutional rightsPaul Rosenberg – It has become a common belief among Americans that they should “respect the office” of an official, even if they don’t respect the person holding that office. The same, of course, goes for “the law.” And while I understand that people saying such things are trying to be virtuous, they are mistaken.

Respecting the office and the law are unAmerican, and I’m going to show you precisely why, and mainly from the mouths of the American founders.

I’ll start with a passage from the soul of the American experiment, the Declaration of Independence, which I’ll condense to make my point: Continue reading

When Does the Deep State Morph into the Police State in Our Country?

K.S. Guardiola – I recently watched a German-made political movie, The Lives of Others, which was released back in 2006.  Every American should take the opportunity to watch this movie, for it portrayed the destructive consequences for the people and a society living under what was formally an all-powerful East German police state.

The East German state police agency, the Stasi, was granted virtually unlimited power to monitor and spy on the lives of their citizens with the objective of maintaining absolute control over all aspects of the personal and professional lives of its people.  The Stasi was renowned for being highly proficient and effective in its ability to subjugate East Germany’s citizens.

This movie is a warning to Americans about the dire consequences of increasing the powers of the state.  Too many Americans take for granted the continued blessings of our great American system, instituted by the Founding Fathers, based on the premise that man can rule himself. Continue reading

America’s War On Everything It Claims To Stand For

“Prosecutorial injustice is rife. Courts most often are conspiratorially involved. Guilt by accusation suffices. Fabricated evidence is accepted as real. So are confessions extracted under torture. Multiple studies over the last half century show courts punish prosecutorial misconduct in less than 2% of cases.” – S Lendman

steveLendmanWhat kind of nation scorns basic precepts free societies cherish? Mocks them. Operates extrajudicially. Polar opposite what it claims to support.

Rewarding its wicked. Most reprehensible. Punishing its best, brightest, most honorable and deserving of praise.

What nation has far and away the world’s worst human and civil rights record over a longer duration? Affecting the greatest number of people.

Which one bears more full responsibility for multiple global genocides? At home and abroad.

Which cares only for its rich, well-born and privileged? No others. Which more systematically wants its middle class eliminated? Its working population exploited as serfs.

Which one more disproportionately shifts wealth from ordinary people to corrupted rich elites already with too much? Billionaires and multi-millionaires. Making money the old-fashioned way.

Which one more egregiously supports wrong over right on a global scale? Which continues inflicting more harm on more people than any nation in human history?

Which more systematically trashes its own laws on fundamental rights?

America’s Constitution Preamble stresses “form(ing) a more perfect union…”(E)stablish(ing) justice…(I)nsuring domestic tranquility…”

“Provid(ing) for the common defense…Promot(ing) the general welfare…Secur(ing) the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.”

Bill of Rights guarantees include free expression. A free press. Freedom of religion. Freedom of assembly and association.

Privacy by prohibiting unjustified searches and seizures. Due process and judicial fairness.

Cruel and unusual punishments forbidden. Other rights guaranteed by law. Continue reading

Cops storm a house wearing masks covering their faces, dressed in military special forces-style black uniforms and battle helmets. They bust down the door using a battering ram, then rush the occupants, seizing and breaking one camera and preventing another from recording the remarkable scene.

What was the heinous and violent crime of which the intended target of the raid was charged? Murder? Rape?

Credit card fraud.

This is the incredible, incomprehensible story told by Radley Balko in an op-ed published February 4 in the Washington Post.
