Flow around the boulders

Flow around the bouldersThe Angels – So many times you ask us, “When will life stop being such a struggle?” Our answer, with great love, is always, “when you stop struggling with life.”

Consider a stream. Unobstructed it flows smoothly, gracefully, swiftly, and powerfully. When it encounters an obstacle, such as a boulder that it cannot move, temporarily some of the currents in the stream push against the boulder. Their flow becomes chaotic, slower, and less powerful. Sometimes the water that runs into the boulder even bounces back upstream, temporarily…. until it surrenders to the greater current, joins the path of least resistance, and flows smoothly around the boulder. It’s a grand time to be alive

lightSteve Rother – We take you on a journey of life, a journey of light, to show you some of your energies in your own reflections. This is a very magical time to celebrate, for you’re going through new energies and seasons.

More importantly, you’re coming to the crest of a wave, an energetic wave where changes can easily be made. But that’s really where much of the challenge comes from, even though some of you already understand the more important aspects and how to engage with this energy in a new way. Continue reading

You Are Never Far From The Light

breath

Shanta Gabriel – Have you ever started to feel anxious and confused, and then noticed that you were not breathing?

Obviously our breath is a key to staying alive, but it also offers us an avenue for alignment. The yogis say that the Infinite Intelligence lives between the in-breath and the out-breath.

Our breath is a powerful tool for becoming more calm, settling our mind and creating an alignment within us to our Divine Source. Often the confusion and anxious feelings we are experiencing are because we have separated from our need to breathe more deeply. The body can literally begin to believe it will not get enough oxygen to survive, which causes the anxious sensations. Continue reading

The Wisdom of the Grandmother Tree

Mary O’Malley – As I write this, I am looking out my window at the 158-year-old Maple tree that my little cottage is nestled under. I call this beloved tree the grandmother and in all the years we have lived together she breathes out oxygen, which I then breathe in. And then I breathe out carbon dioxide, which she takes in. That is the exquisite interconnectedness of life. Sometimes I sit quietly as we breathe together, and I let her in for she carries wisdom that most of us are cut off from.

I also love to imagine what she has seen and experienced as her life unfolded. She was an infant when Lincoln became president, and she was here before cars, phones and electric lights. In all her life she has probably never experienced a 108° temperature like we had this summer, and she probably has not experienced multiple days where the air was dense with smoke particles.  Continue reading

Ride the Waves of love

loveThe Angels – Breathe. Look around you. You are spirit in flesh, the Divine experiencing its own life in a body, a personality, a time, and space. You – through your free will – are the creators and architects of Love in form. It is because of your human lives that pure unbounded Love that is the Divine is molded and shaped into things, experiences, concepts, ideas, and systems. It is because of your existence, that Love continues to expand, grow, and find new expression.

You are far more important than any of you could ever imagine. Your every desire causes the entire universe to respond. Your every wish for better starts the wheels in motion for the universe to create better. Your every desire for yourself or others takes the raw stuff of the energy of Love and begins to mold it as an artist would mix and mold the clay of the earth. You are the architects of Love.
