We are located up in the Sierra Madre Canyon nestled in the San Gabriel mountain range with all kinds of animals, bears, mountain lions, hawks, snakes, raccoons, etc, you name it – and I still cannot believe what happened yesterday morning.
I leave the front door open at times because it creates a nice cool breeze throughout the house. So I’m on the computer in the studio in the back of the house and I hear a noise in the kitchen and turn around to see a pretty good size brown bear in the kitchen, with his paws up on the counter, scrounging around looking for something to eat.

Through sound we enter doorways to realms that have existed since time began. Through sound we may even sense realms originating from a Source of creation that Itself dwells beyond time.

Had it not been for the immense power, magic and healing frequencies of music I daresay the human race would have turned out rather differently. Life without music suggests a dry and rather empty existence, one lacking an essential quality to life on Earth. For indeed nothing heals the human spirit like great inspired music.

And, an unusual coincidence occurred with my friend Rowena Pattee Kryder, who – at the same time that I was recording the song – was working on a huge painting in Mt Shasta, CA, which she had entitled Mother Of The World…
